The krystal burgers were moist and steamed well. The fries cooked firm but not hard. The only drawback was it was a little slow. The Krystal was in a great location near a theater and a few big box stores. The shake machine was out today.

This location is generally a coin flip. Sometimes my order is great and sometimes it disappoints. My last order was correct and everything was good. I have noticed often if you ask for no onions the buns are not steamed and therefore they are dry and almost stale. Lights were off inside when I went so I guess lobby is still closed.

Got my southern Krystal's fix. Burgers are tiny & Tasty sliders. Like Whitecastle but with mustard.
Was interesting to see a little locals interaction. Older lady completely ignored the good ol' boys that walked in in front of us until they walked out. We had no problem but my accent & attire screams Yankee. Idk. Whole crew was really nice to us, young lady even got us refills. Just one of those cultral things u notice on vacation.

Best Krystal that I've been in a long time! Food was awesome.
Went in and the young lady was alone working front end and running food outside. She needs help, a raise or both!

This is the slowest fast food place I ever ordered from. It's awful! I am visiting from Maryland and I stay only 2.5 miles and the dasher has waited for 20 minutes. So it took an hour to receive some mini burgers. That's crazy!!

I was traveling from Opelika back to Clanton and saw the interstate sign for Krystal's. I don't know the area, and almost didn't stop but I decided to go for it as I hadn't had one in ages! I'm so glad I did! Not only was the girl on drive-thru kind and polite, she even engaged in conversation while she ran my card. I ordered a 5 cheese Krystal combo with chili cheese fries, and only had to wait a couple of minutes for my food to be brought out. It was hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS, so kudos to the cooks and people who prepared it as well! I wish I'd gotten the girls name but if you read this honey, we talked about the storm coming and I hope that lets you know this review is about you! Thank so much for a great experience!

I have had several bad experiences with Krystal. They're supposed to open at 6a.m. but they're never ready. I was told that it was going to take 6 minutes for my order to get ready but it took a total of 16 minutes. Now I'm late for work waiting on them. Management needs to do a better job here????

I ordered cheese Krystals, Yes, for breakfast! Well, I had to wait, and wait, and wait, so I finally went back to ask if they forgot me and the woman explained she's cooking to order and offered me a drink for the wait.
Now the food comes, I went straight home (less than 4 miles) and the food was cold and nasty. I just threw the Krystals away.
