Anytime I've come here I have to wait at least 6 minutes, sitting at the speaker, to order. They do not even come on the speaker to say "one moment" or "I'll be right with you" just silence. If you say "hello?" Still no answer. Almost every time after I get to order, pull around, zero cars ahead of me. I understand busy, I understand short staffed, but just answer the speaker.....

Worst McDonald's ever, I'm a local and rarely come here because they always forget something on the order and food is only warmed up. Today I spent $30 on 3 Egg McMuffin meals, nothing special, straight off the menu... After driving home I found there was no meat on any of the sandwiches. I realize it doesn't have "ham" in the name but c'mon, it's a classic, it's hard to mess up... That's like ordering a Big Mac and they leave off the hamburger...

The kids working here are rude and have smart mouths. I asked about my order politely and was given a rude comment back. Took 30 minutes to get my order and the staff seemed very disorganized and confused about what they're supposed to do. I understand that it's not easy to retain employees for long term with regards to fast food and there's always a new person training... I get it. But also customers should be shown a level of respect as well. But.. I will at least say our order wasn't wrong.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes just for our food to come out wrong. This was the large fry we received. Slow & inaccurate.

I highly recommend NOT EATING HERE EVER! They yelled at us to get out of their drive thru because we were making their times go up because they had to open late. They then proceeded to argue with us about what we were ordering as we were trying to correct them because they typed it in wrong. And then our food was horrendous. My coffee was so foul that I had to just throw it away because something was not right with it and would have made me sick. The sandwiches we ordered were all wrong. They gave us what they were arguing with us about to begin with. So irritated and will never go back here. Do not do it!!

I made a very big order
4 Mcdoubles
40 nuggets
4 medium fries
2 small fries
4 McChicken
4 medium drinks
1 large drink

Food, was ready in 20 minutes. I had noticed I was missing a 20 piece i let someone know almost 20 minutes past. Never received my nuggets went back until someone again. They pulled my order. Never got a receipt either. Finally saw because they didn’t believe that. I ordered 40 nuggets. Overall, I was here with my four children and husband on vacation and we were here at McDonald’s. For an hour and 20 minutes before I got my full order

Our food order was correct and the staff was friendly. However, the restaurant was disgusting. The table was sticky and the bathroom had me nearly vomiting. Balls of hair on the floor, diapers, mounds of brown colored toilet paper. When we walked in at-least 4 employees were sitting around in the front chatting. I realize people need a break, but it looks bad. When we left there was a cherry slush that had been spilled and left on the floor. Coffee spilt and stuck to the floor. Worst McDonals I have been to in all of my travels.

This was the dirtiest McDonals I have ever been to. Trash overflowing, no soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms, inside dining room took 25 minutes to get food. Employee actively taking a break while everyone waited for their food. I won’t hit another McD’s for a long time. It took us over an hour to stop at the slowest “fast” food place with several hours left to drive home. Will never come back to this one while traveling.
