What a gem of a Mexican restaurant! The staff was amazing and their food, OMG! I had the veggie fajitas for my vegan self and the family had chicken. Definitely we can come back here anytime ????

Had a delicious lunch at El Paisita Restaurant in Loxley Al. Food was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend for lunch or dinner. Our server Jennifer was very attentive and helpful. They also have the option to order from your table via. QR code that you can scan from your table and the order goes to the kitchen. We thought that was awesome. Thanks Jennifer for your great service!

On Cinco De Mayo we decided to try this place. It was packed and wait was about 30 minutes but it was well worth it! Kids had Virgin Pina Colada and it was so tasty. If I wasn’t driving I definitely would have had one of those with alcohol! All the food we ordered was delicious. It became my favorite in our area.

Absolutely divine.

You know the place will be amazing when their food is advertised on their store front window.

The atmosphere:

This place has beautiful & colorful party banners hanging from the ceiling. Artwork’s from different parts of mexico that really make the vibe comfortable. Makes me feel engulfed the vibe its portraying. The place is so clean!

The customer service:

AAA+

I always feel welcome when i visit this location. They always greet their customers with a smile & work together to make sure your order is correct & what you desire to eat.

Food:

Fresh, made with love. Will eat here many many many times.

My favorite is vegetarian quesadilla fajita style ! It’s loaded with mushrooms! I love love love mushrooms.

Their authentic menu is so tasty, ive had everything on it & id have it all again.

Update: We gave it another try on Saturday, Jan 8, and the food and service were excellent! We will be back! Adjusted the stars from 3 to 5.

We went this past Sunday and the food was good, but the service was basically not existent. I will say, they started to get busy a little while after we placed our order, but I feel like the server could have checked on us in passing. I would give them another try, because of the food, since this was our first time/experience.

Really good food if you get the right thing(s), The shredded chicken and shredded beef are good, but I'll stay away from the ground beef. Great service every time. EDIT: the fish tacos are my new favorites

I can't say enough how great the food here is. The authentic menu isn't very big but it's one of the best around. I'm especially partial to the house-made mole for the mole poblano. Good fajitas, good burritos, good authentic tacos and good chilaquiles. Excellent sweet tea, and efficient service for the most part. My favorite Mexican joint in south Baldwin County.

Update: They no longer have mole on the menu, but everything else is still really good. The enchiladas verdes is a nice choice. You can also ask for house made hot sauce, both the verde and habanero are a great way to kick up any dish.
