3:30 in the afternoon on Saturday, July 16, 2022. The place looked like a hurricane hit it. There were 2 guys and 1 girl in uniform…. Only 1 (the cook) was really working, and he was super behind. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes without acknowledgment, while the other guy laughed about stuff and the girl made faces about wrong orders.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t pass the food and health inspection or even a drug test.
Yeah, I went there….

A woman came in saying she had been in the drive thru line for 20 minutes without getting served. Told her to go somewhere else….

Cashier lied about not having cups for the Spiderman Happy meal,instead gave us the regular ones,went inside the store because a order was missing,there it was the Spiderman cups,so I'm just asking if she lied about the cups then was they really out of the red buns

Customer service was very rude & this is also the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been through. If you’re in a rush, go somewhere else!

I never have a problem at this particular location. Aside from the burgers being a tab sloppy, the customer service is nice and if i have to wait or pull up it’s 7 mins max and my food is always upgraded for the wait. the only time i eat bk is here.

Update: place has gone down hill due to staff not having functional management so everything is disorganized. I wait a minimum 25-30 mins now. The guy with the locs and the girl with the red hair are always nice and apologetic about it tho. Watched 4 of the employees take the trash out together, walked back in and immediately started handling food again and now they don’t use gloves when assembling?? Immediately drove off!

Nasty, mold in coke machine and burger was all broke apart. Just nasty.

Well as you know, it’s the Home of The Whopper. And my current favorite of the Impossible Whopper because it’s absolutely delicious. If you’re not tried it I recommend you do so.

The staff was super friendly and updated me on the progress of my order. Got everything piping hot and fresh and it was DELICIOUS!!!

Doors will be locked at 9am+ and plenty of employees loitering around. Not everyone can fit in the drive through when they’re in a commercial work vehicle. Waste of time to even try to eat here and spend money because they can’t even be bothered to open up.
