Got the Big Mac Deal, 2 Big Macs,2 med fries and 20 chicken nuggets plus got 20% off with an app deal, so my total was 14.40! Everything was hot and fresh. My order was correct and curbside delivery was a bit slow. They were busy. I love the app and the deals. Being on a budget, they offer good money saving deals.

Dale, one of the employees/possible manager, is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. We went in on 6-16-23 with 3 youngins who can be very shy when it comes to service people, she got them laughing and quite comfortable very quickly. She has great customer service and went above that and made my family feel welcome by engaging in personable conversations. She kept the dining room very clean and checked up on all the other customers, making sure they all had what they needed as well. Great person and great employee.

McDonald’s, take care of her. Very hard to come by people/employees like that.

Needs to close down. Had to park in the curbside pickup for 10 + minutes while in the drive thru. 6 other customers also had to wait in the parking lot. McDonalds is a horribly ran business that needs to close up.

They were not busy when I got there but still didn't have very friendly service from person taking my order. I felt like she couldn't care less about my order and wanted me to hurry up and be done. After every item I was asked "that all?" And the screen kept changing like she was trying to end my order everytime she asked.

I will give them a break but - when in the drive thru - it would seem as if your the first one in the drive thru and another car pulls up to the next drive thru , that your order would be taken before the other one. I set thru two cars orders being taken before they even got to me. I am not sure why this happens but it always seems to. Anyway it’s the times we live I guess .

Bad food quality. My friend ordered 3 big macs, they left one out and the one I got was burnt so bad parts of the bun on top and bottom were un eatable. Worst mcd experience I had.

The only reason they get 1 star is because I couldn't give none. Rude workers, order was messed up 3 times, could not read receipt, charged too much, and took forever. Will never be back as long as any one of them work there.

Don’t be fooled by the empty drive thru. This restaurant is not and will not get you your food faster than those around it. Risk it at Jacks even if they’re backed up to the road they’ll still get you through the drive thru faster.
