Tried Highway 77 for the first time and enjoyed our meal very much. We had the Grouper and Shrimp plate, which came with 2 sides, and 2 crab cakes. This was more than enough to feed my wife and I and for $30, you can't go wrong with that. Will definitely go there again.

Excellent food, service and the restaurant was extremely clean. The tables aren't packed together. They have a bar although we didn't order cocktails. We are planning on making this a regular place for girls night. The portions were generous. Sidewinders are a fried potato, semi curled and wonderful! Seasoned lightly and crisp on the outside and full of potato goodness. The catfish was fried to perfection, bone in or filets. The tartar sauce was above average and delicious.

Delicious Shrimp Po Boy sandwich and Grilled Catfish plate! The Side Winder fries and Cole Slaw were great too. So was the sweet tea, but they didn't have any desserts the day we went. I was told they were home made and I was very disappointed. If we are ever in the area we will definitely eat there again and might even make a special trip that way just to eat. The cement pad up front is two handicap parking places so be sure to park elsewhere, the parking lot is plenty big. We didn't go in the market part so I can't tell you anything about it. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant and bathroom were very clean. If you aren't looking for the place you might miss it, put it in your Google maps it will take you right to it.

My first visit was 2 weeks ago, my family carried me there for my birthday, I love this place,
Had salmon and shrimp w/okra and Mac/cheese, excellent food, great service and atmosphere,
Look to be a regular customer, got to eventually try the whole menu

I've never had a complaint about their food or service. I had the ribeye, med rare, and it was wonderfully delicious.

Also, I'll usually have one drink while I wait and they're always sufficiently stout.

There's no pretence here. It is what it is, and it's all out on display for you to see.

Expect friendly service. they might be a little slow to get started, but once it starts.... Ride the current.

Do not expect anything other than honest, simple food.

I eat there last night for the first time and it was very good. I had the two piece catfish fillet with corn on the cob and a baked potato with lemon water for less than $20. It was enough food for two. Excellent service also. Just a bit noisy at the counter but people were having a good time so that’s expected. I will be going back.

Solid country catfish and seafood with great customer service. Not amazing but a good meal at a very solid price for the portions.

We were in the area to camp and stopped in. The food was amazing and the portions were huge. We sat at the bar and we were taken very well care of. We will definitely be back for some shrimp and beer again next time we come through.
