Busy but that’s a good thing. Nice ambience and welcoming feel, just like I always feel when I eat at Jacks, no matter what part of Alabama I’m in????

This joint was jumping. All morning long, a procession of car crammed the drive thru. The fine folks at Jack's of Lincoln pushed them on through with plenty of time to spare. Outstanding job. I assume the food is good. After all, why all the demand if not? I didn't actually order food from this particular Jack's. nor did I wait in the elongated line. However, due to the amount of time spent in the parking lot cleaning out my vehicle in order to make whoopee with a lovely young lady, afforded me the rare opportunity to observe - at the top of my movement - and grade the place of business. Jack''s of Lincoln is a great place to eat....whether its in the establishment itself or someone in its vast parking lot. The lot is great for any sort of clandestine activity. Great job, Jacks. Keep it UP! I sure didn't have any problems doing so.

Waited for almost one hour and kept asking about the order. Finally they looked and my order wasn't on the board at all. Another couple was there 1 1/2 hr waiting on a call in. 4hwie order was lost too. We would have left but had already paid and we were starving. I've never had a bad experience with Jacks before.
The food was good when we finally got it .

Extremely satisfied with this Jacks! Our burgers were hot, fresh, the bacon was crispy and the lettuce and tomatoes were the right coolness and crispy as well. Came back the following day for lunch and had the same experience. People were friendly and dinning area was immaculate.

Food was delicious. Renovated restaurant looks terrific. The chicken sandwich meal is a great deal.

I had a great time at Jack’s this morning. I paid a cashier $20 to see how long he could go without giving a customer their order of two biscuits. Those idiots waited over an hour!! I still can’t quit laughing.

Just got a Big Jack in the drive thru and after eating about half, I pulled a long hair out of my mouth. My hair is short so it wasn’t mine.

3 PC chicken fingers snack was ordered and got baby chickens.
I know everyone is cutting back on portions, but they need to let the chickens grow up more.

I have been to 4 different locations and the chicken fingers have been small like the ones pictured. Lincoln, Talladega, Snead, Lineville.
