Called the number for information about getting property surveyed. The phone line has been disconnected and no longer in service.

I called for a survey and was told it would cost $425 and they would be out the next day about 3pm and 3:30 to look my property over. I waited until 5pm and called Terry. He told me they don't come out prior to surveys. He told me I must of misunderstood. My Friend was standing next to me and heard the whole conversation. I had to give them a one star in order to write a review, if there was a O star, that is what I would give them. I might give them a 5 star for lying.

If there were zero stars, I would use that. I have had a very hard time with this company. We are purchasing a house in the Madison, AL area, relocating from a East Tennessee. I called and scheduled an appointment for when we were physically going to be at the address during our home inspection and other things that required personal attention. Terry did not show up for the 1pm appointment. Thinking there may have been a mistake going from Easten time (East TN) to Central, I called at 2. He had no idea he was even supposed to have an appointment. Then we had to reschedule for a time that I could not personally be at the property, because my primary residence is still out of state. He couldn’t take me CC over the phone. Cash or check only. Well, I HAD cash, at the appointment he agreed to.

He did apparently do the survey, but still needed paying for it. I spoke to Terry on the phone after several failed attempts, and gave him the address I wanted the results sent to since he also told me he couldn’t send digital copies (what?). I sent the check. They deposited it. Still no results after 2 weeks. We NEED this information to successfull close on our new home. I called again today (6/8/18) and asked if/when they were sent. The phone operator seems like a nice man, but obviously not particularly tech savvy. He couldn’t tell me when or where the results of the survey were sent except to look at my check and say it was probably sent to the address on it. The address to my former residence in TN which I do not own or reside at anymore. I KNOW I specifically told Terry the address I wanted the results sent to. After talking with the man some more, he said he would resend them, and send me an email attachment with the results as a PDF. Why in the world didn’t we do that in beginning?? Why was I told that wasn’t an option? As I was speaking to him, I kindly but firmly told him that I’ve had a hard time with this company and they don’t seem to be very organized. He curtly said to me, “Well, we will get this stuff organized for you today then you can take care of anything else your own self.” And hung up on me. I do not recommend this company. At all. Poor customer service, poor communication, incompetent phone operator, and I have no idea if the results of the $250 survey will even be correct or accurate.

Terry Tacon was very professional & very reasonable & did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend this company to get your house or property serveyed.
