This is probably one of my favorite Kroger's to visit in the Huntsville area. There is this guy named Rick that always greets you with a smile and is a prime example of what customer service should always look like. There's also Keith who works at the Customer Service desk who always goes above and beyond in meeting customer needs. The store is usually well-stocked, not cluttered, the meat and produce is always fresh, bathrooms are super clean, and never have I seen any expired food.

As another reviewer pointed out, the only downside is that 7 of 12 self checkout lanes are open and at rush hour, the line extends down to the deli. A customer asked a Kroger employee why 5 of the self checkout lanes were closed and he responded by saying he can’t keep an eye on all of them. Advice to store management, he would be able to keep an eye on all checkout lanes if he would stay off his cell phone.

This is my go to store I always go here absolutely love the GM. Woody you're the greatest Isaiah he is a cart Wrangler at night he is one of the best employees you have and I will always come to the store thank you so much for having great employees who give out beautiful smiles everyday.

Order a cake online for pickup at 10 am. Got a call saying they didnt have the kit to make the cake and my 10 am pick up was impossible due to them only having a cake decorator at 11 on Saturday. They severely need to update their website to accommodate their scheduling problems.

Could use a nicer floor and some other updates so you don't feel like you're in the last century but it has a good selection and a pleasant staff.

Give 2 stars for items being in stock unlike other Krogers.
Cashier panicked seeing a buggy full of groceries. He called for bagging help twice. Isaiah showed up with a really bad attitude and stated he couldn't bag because he has buggies to gather from parking lot and said this right in front of us. This is refusing to help customers and he should be fired. I can't believe that me and my wife had to bag every single bit of it ourselves and did not even get a thank you from cashier even after I said your welcome (sarcastically) These are unacceptable Kroger policies as I used to be an employee. I hope next time I come I done have to deal with these 2 or I won't be back.

Kroger employees are always easy to find and willing to assist.

I couldn't reach the water I wanted an employee walked by and got it for me.

No update, still a great place to shop!

Wife was disappointed. Shelves were not stock like they are normally so was not able to get what she needed. I have not seen her so up set and disappointed.
