No one likes their air conditioner to go out in a 104 degree heat index, but Comfort Control was wonderful to deal with in every way. From the woman who answered the phone so pleasantly to the timeliness of their response, everything went like clockwork. The technician, Forest, was lovely to deal with. He was here within 1/2 hour of our phone call, identified and fixed the problem immediately, and was an extremely nice man. I a,so felt their fee was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Responsive, knowledgeable, professional and courteous! Excellent customer service and support. They were on time, respectful of our home (shoe covers, clean up) and explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend Comfort Control Lacey Springs!

Great service by Forest! Showed up on time! Explained everything he was going to do or while he was doing! Showed me what the problem was (Ants shorted out my HVAC unit)! Would definitely recommend!

I had two gentlemen come out to my house by the names of Kody, and Cole.
These two were very quick to diagnose my issues with my unit not blowing cold air, and very professional.

This company is really dependable. We have used them for years and have been happy with all their work. From the technicians, the girls that answer the phones to the managers - they are all friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
