If you are not going to let your customers key in there food stamps card you need to put a sign up by the register and if it is possible if they have they drive license and food stamp card you should let them key it in by. the company needs to let the customer key it in if I was a out of towner I would not know that you could not key it in do better customer service

Manager today had 6people n line. And a new employee. I stood in line 15 mins waiting on the new guy to ring my items up. He then did something wrong and had to re ring up my stuff. Manager WASN'T Doing Anything but looking at her phone . Finally had to say something to her about opening another register cuz other customers were getting aggravated. They have so much stock that they need to be put up to where you cannot possibly walk around and shop. Won't be back

Worst customer service. Cashier yelled at me today! I shop here literally everyday and it just gets worse. Not to mention their prices never match at the register! She refused to service me cause I yelled back. Oops

I just wanted to give a shout out to my cashier today! He did a great job, even though management wasn’t as supportive in their role.
I’ve lived here 5 years and have only been in here a couple of times. I was not impressed with management, but that young man held it together to get his job done!

advertises that the store is open til 10 but the store is always locked around 9:30. I stopped by one day to grab diapers and the employees just stared at me through the locked doors. With 30 minutes left i couldn’t get my grand baby diapers because the workers want to leave 30 minutes early. Worst Customer Service

Family dollar is a great store because the place is always busy and it takes a long time to get in and out which allows me to flirt with women and make them uncomfortable which makes me uncomfortable and by the time I checkout I'm depressed and lonely.

Well stocked , friendly staff. I am always greeted when I come in . The manager is so sweet . He always speaks to me when I come by. They have a much better selection of items. I just wish they sold a little produce. Like lettuce , Tomatoes ect . I literally pass up Dollar General to go there. Dollar General sucks, never keeps the stock up and the rudest employees ever.
