While traveling to Huntsville for Space Camp, we decided to go somewhere close to where we were staying and ended up here.

I’m glad we did. I wasn’t really sure what to expect before we went, but it is a really good family style restaurant. You could tell the food was going to be good as soon as you stepped into the place.

We got some cheese curds. I got the pot roast and my wife had the patty melt with sweet potato fries. She really liked her food and said the fries were great. I really liked the pot roast. It had a more unique flavor. It said on the menu it is cooked with pepperoncini. This gives it a good flavor and a little bit of spice you typically wouldn’t expect, in a good way.

The service was wonderful. They were attentive but not overbearing.

I haven't been here in years and I remember good food and good drinks so decided to stop in again and give it a try.

The food is still good. I got the reuben and as a reuben person, it was a pretty solid sandwich. The fries were also really good. Everything was served hot. The wait staff was nice.

The only issue we ran into was we were told they had no craft beer on draft and none in bottles except for an Oktoberfest (no descriptions on what brand.) The beer menu said local rotational craft beers and had a whole bottle list but we were told there was none. I just caved and got a yuengling on draft and my partner got the "Oktoberfest". The "Oktoberfest" in question turned out being a basic Sam Adams Boston Lager. We planned on getting dinner and having a few drinks but after that, we just ate dinner and left.

So, good food but no craft beer. Maybe just a better option for lunch.

First time here. Plenty of staff but a lot of them were standing around. Took a while to receive food. Was mediocre at best. Was warm and not fresh, hot. You could tell it has been sitting under a lamp or on a warming plate. As good as the reviews are on here I thought it would be great. I wouldn’t recommend. Disappointing!

This was our first visit. There was plenty of parking here, and it was easy to find. The establishment is clean with a laid-back atmosphere.
Service: The service was fantastic!
Food: We had the pickles / jalapeños and fried cheese curds for appetizers. The cheese curds were great, but there was a pool of grease at the bottom, and those cheese curds were just dripping in oil. The same with the fried pickles/jalapeños. But they were good, we just didn't eat the ones on the bottom.
I had the Mississippi potroast with mashed potatoes/gravy and fried okra. It was FANTASTIC! ALL OF IT! My husband had the Ruben sandwich. He said it was delicious as well, and it was piled high meat. For dessert, we had the bread pudding. I also recommended that! It was pretty good.
The restrooms were clean and well stocked. I was very pleased with our first visit and will definitely be back!

Wonderful service am good food. The drinks an food were reasonably an we're very good. Our waitress was fantastic and this was a great experience after a long day of traveling. Oh an the fish tank was a nice thing to look at while we waited.

Little place in a strip mall. Home cooked meals. Decor and music gives off a 70’s vibe unintentionally (which I like). Had the fried catfish, tots and slaw. Recommended.

Overall a cozy place with god food. The staff was very friendly and polite. Watching the huge aquarium separating the dining area and the bar was entertaining. Very limited on knowledge and allergen free options. Was a line at the door for Sunday brunch, but most of them ran to the bar. Ate lunch here before dropping off our son at Space Camp which was only 5 min down the road. Decent family atmosphere.

At first,I thought this would be THE spot as they brought, clearly, hand battered mix of pickles and jalapeno which were delicious. However, when I asked, the waitress confirmed the burgers were hand made not pre frozen. The fries arrived barely luke warm which is unfortunate because they are the kind of fries that are crispy and yummy when hot. The burger didn't seem to me to be fresh made... looks like a preformed patty with the toppings a bit on the skimpy side. Between mine, and the rest of my family's plates, we were not impressed enough to warrant a return. Maybe it was an off night, because they seem to have good reviews.
