First-time visit to this location. Very pleased with the clean and spacious aisles. In addition, the customer service was pleasant and professional. Any questions we asked regarding where certain products were located, an associate was nearby to point us in the right direction. We visited this location on a busy holiday morning. Our entire checkout experience was less than 2 minutes. I love positive customer service support (especially when I'm spending my hard-earned money). Highly recommend this Walmart for any quick shopping trip.

This is the first time out of the last 5 times that an employee was courteous and did not complain about the job. I really appreciate it cuz the last times made me want to shop elsewhere. Thanks Tye register 1 about 7:20 pm Sat.

This walmart is the worst in Huntsville. I wouldn't advise anyone to shop there. Never enough cashiers and workers are horrible. Over 30 people in line with one cashier 2 hours before closing on a Sunday night. And it is bad like this every day. Location jordan lane and oakwood.

5-12-23u003dDrake Ave location, 7p. Worst Wal-Mart money center ever! The Wal-Mart worker with the grey braids that hangs around customer service doing nothing has a nasty attitude and not helpful. The male customer service center employee was blowing like he hates his job and purposely working slower than a snail. New regular cashiers don't know how to load money on cards. ????

Bigger Market than the Norm. Store was clean and staff was incredibly polite. The store was well stocked and was asked a couple different times if I needed help with anything. Will def shop here again.

Two workers behind deli counter told me it was “closed” today. They clearly did not want to take the time to slice meat.
