I ordered the most gorgeous Tulips for a birthday gift. Would have cost me $200 easy if I purchased from a flower specialty shop. Shipping was free over $35 bucks! No fees! The whole process was so easy and smooth. The flowers were sent from a place in California overnight to my destination. I will never ship anywhere else for flowers. I had my flowers shipped bc of out of state, but you can send it local too, just use the delivery service instead!

Usually, I have a great experience with Kroger. Last night , however, I was having some difficulty with the self checkout and asked an unoccupied cashier to void an item for me. She very rudely replied that she was " busy" and couldn't just leave her register... that was 3 feet from where I was needing assistance.

I bought a Milo’s Tea 4 years ago and it was expired. Nothing has changed. Bought another one today, 07/29/23, and this one is expired as well. So done buying Milo’s Tea from Kroger!!!! Gotta do better ????

You walk in you go to customer service I went in to have a check cashed nobody's at the counter nobody made eye contact with me and then when they did she walked up and asked me if I needed something I said yes I need somebody to help me with cash in the check she said he's on a register I said okay can y'all block him off and get him off the register so he can come back and do his customer service desk up front she's no oh and he wants me to put signs up too The signs were not up when I walked up she put them up while I was standing there I will never go back to this Kroger's again they're so unorganized

If you go, be wary of which employees you are interacting with. I have used this Kroger for years and some employees, such as Nicole at self check out, are wonderful. Nicole is very helpful and always has a smile on her face and is singing, which I personally love to see and hear.

However, there are plenty of employees that are rude from the very beginning of your interaction with them. One of which to stay very clear of is Laura. She wears a red vest, I believe indicating a higher position, and I cannot fathom how she came into that position as she is a hateful human being. I have filed a complaint about her actions and attitude and hope to see some way for the situation to be rectified.

They never have hand baskets by the entrance, they're stacked six feet high by the exit. Employees will walk by the stack and not care to move some to the entrance. Careful about deals and coupons, they don't always work the way you think they do. Pharmacy could have better customer service so there aren't always misunderstandings and insurance problems.

Once again, this location refused to honor posted prices for items and then talks down to the customer when they walk the employee to the display with over 100 of the same items on it and point to the giant yellow price tag posted on it. They then argued that the item was not .99 as posted and advertised, but then said it was 3.59 and refused to get a manager. This was the case with 3 separate items today alone....not to mention the previous complaints. I guess if I want customer service I have to pay the prices at Publix. Too bad Kroger sees fit to mislead and take advantage of hard working customers....and is perfectly okay with it.
