I can tell y’all don’t specialize in brisket. (I know it alabama) It was super dry and not tender at all. Did y’all change the recipes on the side dishes? The potato salad was all mayonnaise and potatoes were undercooked. The beans had no flavor and way to sweet. The bbq sauce wad delicious. Someone needs to be the taster before putting it on the line.
Overall it’s ok at best.

The quality of food at this location is subpar. I took a hiatus from this location but was near it so I decided to try it. This drive through is slower than other locations so you expect a high level of food. My chicken baker had huge piece of dry chicken that I had to pull apart. I stopped ordering the drinks because they’re usually watery. There have been times I can the fried fish was over salted and ordered the chicken tenders they were bland. Nothing is ever consistent so I’ll continue to drive the extra 10-15 minutes to a better location

We stopped in for lunch one day and ended up being repeat customers. The food was fresh and delicious! The customer service though was second to none. All of the employees were happy and the sweetest people! Tony is AWESOME let's just say you can tell how much he loves what he do and the people he work with. He greets regulars like family and all customers get a warm greeting. Highly recommended, we bring someone new everytime! Until next time!

Ordered a potato, the loaded baker, which was good . Also ordered a 2 piece catfish plate with mac and greens. I ended up throwing the dinner out due to the greens being way too salty and the fish tasting salty and overpowering the other seasonings used. It was just way too much for my liking. If I ever go back, I will stick with the loaded baker as it was plain and I can control what and how much seasoning I want.

The food was actually okay???? it was the cleanliness of the building???? the dining room was very nasty. The bathrooms were not clean and they smelled horrible. The young lady who took her order ignored me completely when I asked her a direct question. I overheard some arguing in the back kitchen. I realized it because there was no one coming in to relieve anyone. They were very short staffed. It's sad when a restaurant has to close the dining room because no one wants to show up for work. The general manager made the decision to close the dining room and work drive through while we were eating our lunch. I overheard he could not get any workers to come in tonight. I felt very bad for them because, the people who were there seemed to be actually trying to do their job. But the time they spent arguing they could have came and cleaned up the mess that was in the dining room in my opinion. I was tempted to say give me a mop and a rag and I'll clean the tables in the mess on the floor. I had to be very careful or I will slipped and fell. So be careful wherever you eat, you never know what the crew is actually going through at the time. I was a little disappointed.

The food is good, but the service at this location is sloppy. They don't get your orders right. They had no BBQ sauce out as it should be, and when I asked for some, I was asked if there wasn't any out there. Why would I be asking for it if it was? Like I said, sloppy service, and they didn't give me an extra bun or butter like I asked for. I had to tell them. Dine here at your own peril.

I eat here frequently. About 2 weeks ago I ordered a rib plate small end and a Chicken plate white meat upon getting home my ribs were large. Called my name was taken for me to show up today for the manager to tell me that didn’t happen and that’s not policy as if this whole thing was made up… last day eating at this location.. I don’t appreciate in so many word being called a LIAR

This place is really good the fried green tomatoes is the best. The staff is friendly and helpful the cook's are the best I have ever seen in a restaurant. The atmosphere is great for families, lunch, dinner or a night out.
