At this particular location it seems things run a bit different. I ordered two Cobb salads with a spicy chicken breast. When I got to the window I observed a male employee delivering food and drinks to the outside pickup locations. He then started coming to the window and talking with the employees getting drinks and orders confusing the staff. I had to fold in my rear view mirror so he had room. I finally got my order and headed out to Trussville to meet up with a friend to eat my treat. Once I arrived we discovered there was no chicken on either salad and the dressing was balsamic vinaigrette not apple cider. I ordered off the app so I was able to double check and make sure that I ordered what I thought I had.

My order was messed up on 08/26/2021 at around 6:45ish PM I got home around 6:50pm to see that my large fries were stuffed with sauce and napkins and barely any fries I called at like 6:53pm and spoke with a employee that transferred me to a manager (who name i didn’t document unfortunately). I was told I would get my full meal replaced due to the mistake and my name would be put on a list and I had 30 days to redeem my meal. Today is 09/17/2021 @6:00pm (22 days since) and I went through the drive thru to me told they don’t have record is my name for a meal replacement and they don’t replace full meals per the manager on duty a male I am beyond mad because I was lied to, I wasted my gas, and I was shorted product that I paid for during my initial visit. NEVER AGAIN WILL THAT LOCATION GET MY BUSINESS AND I PRAY THEY STOP LYING TO PEOPLE BECAUSE THIS IS BLASPHEMY AND UNETHICAL THANKS A LOT CHICK FIL A

The drive through line was long, however pasted through it rather quickly. Young lady named, Carleigh took my order. Very detailed, professional, and friendly. Terribly cold out but she didn't seem to mind.

Service was outstanding and so was the meal. The employees should get a pat on the back for their service to the customers which there were a lot of at the time that I was there.
Even though they were packed the speed of service was very fast and prepared just as I requested.
Clean restrooms, nice indoor dining area, parking if you're dining in is a little bit on the tight side especially during lunch.
But drive-thru moves very quickly.

Have had consistently good service and food here. The one time they got my order wrong (asked for no bacon on a salad), they quickly fixed another salad and told me to keep the original salad. They also gave me a free lemonade to drink while I waited. That's good customer service.

I am never disappointed at what I encounter at Chick-fil-A. They are always friendly at every location. They always reach you with a smile. And they always provide the best service of any fast food restaurant around.

I take my children to the Chick-fil-A on John Hawkins as a treat because they absolutely love it! And I can't say enough good things about the service that we always receive there. They are simply the Best and second place isn't even close.

I ordered some breakfast to pick up for my morning meeting two days prior. The order was ready right on time which was great. Very polite and quick staff. Mt meeting attendees seemed to like the food, so overall a great experience.
