They stayed past 7pm to change my oil. They said it would be 48 dollars but then they said they were stocked out of the oil filters for my truck. The mechanic said they had one in the store but the cost was a little more. When I went to pay it was 68 dollars which was 20 dollars more then I was quoted.
Don't know about you but I believe that was more than just a little bit more.

I'm giving the 5 stars because I help my mom weekly to get her groceries. She needs to use the electric carts to ride on. There are many times the electric carts are not charged or just not working. Week before last we go in and there are all new carts! And they are charged! She was so happy. So big Thank You Walmart for providing new electric carts for people who need some extra assistance to get around the store.

Went to buy a battery. I stood at the window for 5 minutes before anyone said hi by or anything to me. There was a guy with his back to me but he never even said someone will be right there. They even have a mirror there for him to see you.
One nice thing. When I came in a gentleman walked me to the parts counter when I asked him where parts were

I was done shopping and was at the self checkout center and I accidentally scanned an item twice so I asked the lady that was watching the center if she could take off the item and she mumbled under her breath ‘are you stupid’ and I said excuse me and she just walked away after she voided it I didn’t see any one else that i could talk too so I just continued with my business.if y’all can find out who that was and could teach her to be more respectful that would be greatly appreciated. She looks to be 4,11-5,2 she had blonde hair and I think tag said kaylee

There were several of us today 4/8/2023 around 1pm standing and waiting for carts. We all had to go outside to get our own. It was raining but the employees had rain coats so I’m not sure what the issue was. When I left at 1:45, there still were none

the blonde lady over shelf checkout is rude to the employees she is quick to judge the customers by there looks something needs to be done the managers look over what she does and says I have even heard her yelling when I was going into Walmart one day telling one of the special needs workers to get out of her gd face. someone needs to talk with this lady I asked today bc I heard her being mean saying people in front of me are stealing she said just look how nasty they are telling her to watch them close . why bc they had dirty work clothes on. I asked her name from the other lady running self checkout. she said she is always rude and says everyone steals and treat us all like dogs.her name is miriaha stone.

Rude employees. I had a simple question of a lost and found item (key fob). I talked with an employee from the electronics department to see if anyone has found the item. This individual put me on hold so they could figure it out...... 28 minutes later of being on hold I decided to use another phone to call the electric department. (Me) " yes ma'am, I am currently on hold on another phone with you and I was wondering if y'all had seen or collected a key fob?" (Click) ??? I called back. No answer. I called the customer service 3 times and still no answer. I guess a Thursday evening is really busy on the first of June in the year of 2023. A simple no would have been fine but I didn't even get that. Welcome to Hartselle Alabama.

Walmart, spring Avenue. On several visits it was SELF CHECK OUT ONLY. We now go to another city for Walmart. The police are there a lot arresting shoplifters. It's daily according to an employee. DO NOT go after dark. I did and was alarmed.
