This Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is located inside the Petro Travel Center in Dodge City, off I-65. I felt like the staff here were a little overwhelmed without the rather large crowd waiting to order and waiting for their oders to be prepared. I waited over 15 minutes for my oder, so I hope that the management will work on that with the staff.

The menu does not have anything but family meals. Need to fix that.

$18 for a 3 piece with mashed potatoes and coleslaw!

I stop by here quite a bit. Being in a gas station, it’s a great pit stop to and from the lake. People are always friendly and food is phenomenal.

We stop here every week, this one of the truck stops we fuel at, so we just usually grab dinner so that we don't have to make another stop headed toward Indianapolis. The food is great, the customer service SUCKS to say the least. One girl that works here is so rude, she doesn't acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter she just looks at you several times before she decides to take your order. HORRIBLE

It was a very old lady in there with a attitude problem telling me that I couldn't customize my order I order a 2 can dine and all I asked for is no thighs because me or my wife don't like them and the lady tells me that I can't customize my order and I just stopped there and didn't it like 3 days ago they lost a customer here and I will be reporting them to the corporate office I've never been told anything like that before and I eat at Popeyes all over the country

Can't speak on the food, last 2 visits the employees can't be bothered to take an order, Papa Johns hasn't missed either time.

Great service. Got tenders and popcorn shrimp ordered was not fresh. Lady behind counter had no problem making it right. Great service.

Extremely slow service. All I needed was a cup of Mac and cheese and a drink. They fulfilled the entire order ahead of mine, which was a very large order, before they would just turn around and grab the cup of Mac and cheese from the hot table behind them. I understand following protocols, but a certain level of common sense should also be utilized in the service industry.
