They were nice and got our food out to us quickly. I don't eat Popeyes very often, but I will start.

Btw, I had the #5 Popcorn Shrimp with Cajun fries and a sweet tea. My man had a #3 Chicken Tenders(5pc mold) with Mac n cheese and a coke.

Previously thought it was a good place to eat. After tonight not so much. I had left a 5 star review previously. We arrived to be greeted with an attitude over asking for a 4 piece with legs and were told it would be 15 mins. We were fine with that. Got our cups and went to get drinks. The tea was out. I as led for tea and was told it would be 6 mins. After 18 mins our or was called but no tea was made. The lady had an attitude and went next door to dunking donuts asking her if they had any. They did not. I wasn't the only one waiting for tea to enjoy my over heated heat lamp dried out chicken. So I went next door and bought a gallon of tea for almost $6 filled the other people waiting and our glasses with tea as well. Finally 40 mins after asking for tea it was made. However we didn't get any because we were done eating. I will never return to this location.

I ordered at 6:55pm and got my order at 7:16pm. They were very slow and seemed under trained.

Absolutely horrible!! stood in line for 10 minutes then after waiting another 20 for my food I asked what happened to the chicken sandwich I was waiting on, lady brushed me off so I stood another 10 then I asked again she said I don’t know, so then I asked for a refund which again took another 10 no apology etc… do better!! There are ppl that need jobs and this was a shift lead or a manager acting like this,, unacceptable I absolutely will not be back! Good thing your location is by the highway because there is no way you would get repeat customers! I’m local and will make sure to let everyone know about the horrible experience I just had at 5:15 pm on Tuesday evening.

I said I'd never stop here again and I went against my good judgment! This is the worst chicken I've ever tasted in the United States, I've eaten Popeyes Chicken from east coast to West Coast in the south and this is a dry chicken I've ever eaten in my life the service is s***! They need to close it down or fire everybody in it! I will never stop here again never ever! If there's anybody at the corporate office that is listening you need to do some major upkeep on this place, if it's get rid of the employees and how some new ones I don't know! You just lost a good customer to this place!

I believed the Popeyes brand was worth something, but they haven't heard about that at this location. I repeatedly have items missing, rude service, and wrong items in my bag (like a wing instead of a breast). The last time I went, about 2 weeks ago, I ordered 4 biscuits and they raised my bill over 8 dollars. They are apparently $1.89 A PIECE! My bill went from 14 dollars to 22! Then I discovered they charged me for a drink I didn't order and never even got! I am amazed at the sheer number of different ways they get it wrong. They have had several chances to improve their image and have failed decisively. I'm done with them.

They were out of sweet tea was told 6 minutes 20 minutes later when our food was ready tea was still not ready my boyfriend went to ta and got a gallon of Milos
