Cam Steele was the associate that assisted us in purchasing my daughter’s bedroom suite. He was very informative and helpful; he had a great personality. The overall experience was very pleasant.

Everyone is super helpful and make you feel welcome. Carrie, the office manager helped my sales person find the items i wanted. Shes very hands on. These people really know their stuff. I highly recommend using this location.

Chris was an amazing sales rep, no nonsense and he hooked me up. Not to mention one of the funniest people I've ever met, I've never laughed so much while buying anything. Steven the manager was the nicest guy and they made me feel special. 10/10 would buy again!!!

Chris Rich became my client, and then I became his! What a great sales guy! Great personality, legible and informative about the products, prices, sales and warranties. Love the selection and time he took to help me pick out my new most comfortable couch ever! I’ll def be back with Chris to help me purchase!!!

Sales team was excellent is the only reason for the one start. My issue is with the owner of this independent store who does not stand behind his products. Me and my husband purchased a $1800.00 dining set for our new home. I agreed to pick it up as we were unsure when we would close on our home. I picked up the set from bessemer warehouse and the table itself was re-wrapped because I was told it was mis delivered to another client but no damage and wrapped back up immediately. Chairs were all in unopened boxes. We unwrap the table and to our surprise the top was cracked and starting to peel. Also one of the rivets pulled completely from the chair leg making it unstable to sit in. We immediately phoned the store manager who requested pictures and I emailed directly to him within 3 days of us picking up the furniture. This was August 2022 and we have been back and forth with no resolution to date other than last email sent december 13th stating my request for equal swap was denied but they would do repairs in the shop and someone would be in touch with me in 5-7 days. They must have meant 5-7 months. With this type of customer service I will never refer or shop at this location again. I am currently speaking with an attorney and will pursue in small claims court as this is completely unethical. I can see if i was attempting to get something for free i just simply want qualify furniture that i was made to assume i was buying.

Looking for table & chairs for our newly renovated kitchen this afternoon. Nice selection and great store overall. Our host, Chrisss Rich was super nice and very knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be backl.
