I haven't had or seen a Ruby Tuesday in years. The customer service that Bo provided was beyond awesome, and the food was delicious and awesome as well. The salad bar was fresh and clean. Ruby Tuesday always had the best salad bar. The restaurant and bathroom were both cleaned and neat. The overall experience was great. I'm definitely visiting again and highly recommend.

This RT was unusually out of character. Waited a few minutes before being seated in an empty restaurant. Food came almost 30 min after being seated. Steak was bit over salted and slightly over med rare. Baked potato tasted dry.. Great service but skirted the line between friendly and forced. As mentioned earlier, it was out of character for the RT that I'm used to

Dined in on Wednesday. Food was fine, shrimp were tiny, go bigger or quit making the dish that advertises shrimp. 3 tables full at 6pm. All salad and soup, no tips and the parents let the children trash the floor. I will never understand that. Your kids do that at home? That's where you teach them that little word "No".

About the only place you can find a good salad bar anymore. Very clean and not crowded at all. Service was excellent. My only complaint would be the carpet trim was loose along the bottom of the booth seat and was hitting my leg. I forgot to even mention it to the server. All the carpet needs to be cleaned. The hot brownie and ice cream with cookies is delicious also. ???? We love the grilled Salmon! But without the sauce on it.

The blackened tilapia and shrimp were good and came out quickly. Our waitress was as good as any.
Atmosphere is dated and our booth was extremely uncomfortable and seemed to be worn out. We will probably just do takeout next time.

It wasn't the worst, there were a few technical errors that could have made a tremendous improvement on my impression. My daughter was in town and just super starving for a comforting ribeye and veggies. The waitress was a little distant in her interaction with us , didn't seem excited to have us in her section even though we spent $120.00 . The food looked awesome we had to ask for tableware, and plates for appetizers long wait timr between our appetizers cocktails until our steaks came out and served without condiments, my daughter wasn't happy with her steak so we traded plates.. the food wasn't evenly cooked from what I could tell , like it was rushed.

I placed yet another order online but decided to pick this one up since the last 3 orders were wrong. My bill was almost $52 with a 20% tip for a pickup. I waited at the bar when the order was brought out I asked if I should check it and the waitress quickly said no, then I asked if I could have 2 straws and I grabbed 2 from the bar, she had a fit and said those were her bar straws so I put them back. Quite rude, not sure we will be back.

We had the salad bar. It has a great selection of veggies and other salad toppings. Service was spotty at best as it took quite a while to get drink refills. Waitress seemed preoccupied with to many other things and there were only 2 other tables that were busy in our section.
