I am in town for work and just had to leave a comment because the employees at this Publix are SO NICE!! Above and beyond helpful and kind. They really helped make my time in Enterprise great.

It was a clean store and the 2 young ladies at the customer service desk were friendly although a male manager there had a bit of a chip on his shoulder! If your in a public job especially in management know how to speak to your guest's publix is supposed to be the best for customer service and satisfaction!!

So as always we love to go to a Publix if they have one in town where we are at. As always they do not disappoint. First off the men behind the meat counter was amazing. I was looking for a certain cut and they took the time to go in the back and get what we needed. If not they said they would cut it for us. We also stopped at the deli section and right away we’re greeted even know that they were busy, the fruits looked fresh and the desserts were great as always we took home a small little cheesecake . They had a huge wine selection just like most and the people that worked there were friendly as always.

I used the pharmacy at this location and didn’t have too many issues. It was definitely harder to get a hold of someone at this store compared to the one in Dothan, but it got the job done. I will say they have a great selection of cheese if you’re ever looking to make a charcuterie board!

Went and bought 2 containers of pre packaged fruit (each $6). Usually I love the fruit from Publix. This is the first time coming to this location as we just moved from Fairhope. I get home and not only do I have to remove at leas 10-15 out of each container that are rotten but they were dirty. I had to rewatch both thoroughly and what was left didn’t even taste fresh. They tasted old like they were about to be thrown out. This really sucked. I was trying to get my kids a quick snack with it being Memorial Day weekend and just had to throw both out. Very disappointed. Expected higher standards from a store that is supposed to get fresh fruit everyday.

Great customer service! Always friendly and ready to help find whatever I need. My go to grocer to find those products I can’t find at any other store. Prices may be a little higher than some others places in town but quality of products and A-One customer service make it worth it!

A sandwich artist by the name of Sajon provided me with easily one of my top 3 most enjoyable experiences at Publix. Her energy, positivity, and fun-loving attitude were contagious; and gave me the perfect start to my work day.
From the "flair" to the mustard smiley face, she was a 10 out of 10! ????

I've never in my life been so disrespected in a grocery store than I have been at this Publix. I am a couponer, and am well-versed in the Publix policy. I know that when presenting a raincheck, any coupons that are now expired but were not expired at the time of said raincheck are acceptable. I had a "team lead" step away to "verify" this information, which immediately is off-putting that Publix management doesn't know their own coupon policy. While he was "verifying", the cashier decided to "save my order"? I don't know why. No one asked her to. But it seemed like she wanted to begin checking out the person BEHIND ME despite the fact that I wasn't finished with my transaction. She suspended my transaction, which then had to be reloaded, and then it was suspended again so I could be taken to a different register (because shame on me, holding up the line, because I'm trying to save money right?). I was treated with such indifference and like I was a burden. No one apologized for my wait, for the inconvenience, and certainly not for dragging me around the front of the store in front of God and everyone like I was a naughty schoolchild being sent to the principal's office. I always say that Publix is a great place to shop... Until you show up with coupons. Then you may as well wear a scarlet C.
