Ordered a 4 piece chicken basket. 1 piece of toast was the heel. No one eats the heel. And there was no white gravy. That's the topper of this meal.

Like all the other Dairy Queen’s across the country, this location provides fast service and delicious ice cream treats. The drive thru option makes it quick and convenient!

The owner had a customer complain about her glfood order and wanted her money back. She sat her tray down and he took it to the back and put her food back in the bins to be re-served. Normally this wouldn't bother me, but the lady took the food away from the counter, to a bench, and THEN brought it back to the counter. I won't eat there again.

Very good. Icecream, of course, is good quality. The burger was not bad either. Chicken was crispy and hot. Fries are great, on of my favorite things.

The blizzards are always great but I’ve never had friendly service in 5 visits. Needs better management in my opinion.

They got the order wrong twice. Then argued that a latte doesnt have coffee in it, just icecream and milk. I said thats just a milkshake and they told me that is how their mananger told them to make it. They had no choice.

Part ice cream spot part warehouse. It's been over a year after business went back to normal after covid and still like this.

Anyone that knows me knows I'm big on customer service! I get to the window, the cashier didn't say anything. I looked at her and she finally said my total. As she gives me my food and closed the window she makes this noise as if she was disgusted because I made her say something! I'm sorry that your family made you find a job! Maybe customer service is not where you need to be because you definitely can tell that you don't like dealing with people! Really sad how these young people don't have the proper training they need to serve their community better. To the owners of this location, please train your workers better so that they can server your customers better!!
