Man Ive never see anything like this a big Mac wit no meat sat in line for 30min and this all I get so sad they really need to do better because you just lost me a customer

It would be nice if the food was hot just one time, and even if you ask them to drop it fresh, it's still barely room temperature. Why make the customer suffer with incompetent employees by not wanting to come back. Fire the entire staff until you get it right!

For some reason Demopolis McDonald’s has been having me in a chokehold lately yall! When I tell you everything has been fresh and my order has been the way I want it done, I definitely feel like that night shift cooks needs a RAISE! I’m not kidding, I say night shift because that’s mostly when I come! But yeah, I had to right this review, I even told them at the drive thru to tell them! ????

It is improving. This restaurant is definitely heading in the right direction. Service is slow. My order was wrong however they were busy. Again this restaurant is improving greatly from where it used to be.

The service is slow and the drive thru staff are completely uncaring as it they hate their job. You have to ask for napkins and ketchup and spoons or sauce or straws. I mean in the drive thru they should automatically have napkins and straws in the bag. Also the ice cream or shake machine is never working they say anyway.

They forgot my drink in my order, and the burgers were alright, but they were not very well put together. Very sloppy. Was not thrilled with the service here.

Currently at a 34 minute wait for 10 nuggets and fries. Want to get a refund and leave but the machine printed off a blank receipt. Honestly pathetic. Idek when I'll actually get my food, but they won't let me get a refund because there machines don't work.
