First and last time eating at a Jack's. Surprised there wasn't a Hardee's in this town. Biscuits weren't very good, steak breading had no flavor. Sausage gravy was pretty good though. Tables weren't being cleaned and the restaurant itself just seemed like it needed a good cleaning. Cashier was nice.

I ordered drom the drive through. I don't normallt like to use a drive through because of the difficulties I have understanding intercomes, but it only took a few times of repeating on both ends of the intercom. The employee was patient and made sure my order was correct.

Ordered the grilled chicken salad during my lunch break, but received a fried chicken breast with the batter/skin removed ????????. The cashier was nice and returned my money.

Went for breakfast and had no issues. The three stars are because the coffee is terrible. It was fresh but tasteless. I have recently had coffee at the Linden, Greensboro, and Moundville locations and the coffee is great. What is going on with the coffee at the Demopolis location?
Also, be prepared to wipe your own table!

Best Chocolate Shakes in town!!
Wait in drive thru was 25 minutes.
Girl at window had made wrong shake. After the corrected shake was made different girl handed it thru the window....never spoke even after being spoke to....no napkins....no recipe...no acknowledgement. Rude staff.

Service has gotten so slow in the past few months. Today I waited 17 mins to place my order and then over 10 at the window waiting on my food. Was told that it was a 30 min wait on chicken so I changed my order but still had to wait

Fresh, hot food. Slaw is amazing. Order take staff was nice and friendly.
