As promised to the manager at the jacks here- I would let them know what I thought. I am a truck driver and I just want to start by saying I am grateful for the parking they have. It’s always a huge boon to have a nice place to sleep. As for the food? The burger was more or less what I expected. It WAS good. I won’t lie and say outstanding, but it was visually well put together, the ingredients used were fresh, and it tasted pretty damned good (especially for the price, I expected much less). It was the FRIES (that the manager specifically recommended) that were the real kicker. I have never had fries seasoned that way, and while they looked like normal crinkle cut fries- they were a step ABOVE. Popcorn flavored was 100% a good move, and as with the burger they were fresh! I can’t speak much to the atmosphere because I didn’t dine in, but the lot and outside were clean and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful! will certainly recommend to any of my truck driver friends who may pass through the Decatur area and I will definitely be parking here on my excursions through Alabama as well :) thanks Jack’s staff!

Just want to give a shout out to the morning crew at this Jack's location. They are doing an amazing job. I heard the manager say they are training two employees this morning, and they were all knocking out orders like a boss.

My family and I was traveling and stopped at store #197 in Decatur, Al . My Husband and I wanted a chicken biscuit. It was late in the afternoon, but it was not unusual for us to order this. We have never been denied this at any other Jack's that we have visited , until today. We were told the don't serve breakfast at this time. We know they use the same chicken for chicken sandwiches as the do chicken biscuits. We also know the have biscuits they serve with meals. We don't understand why they would not sell us two chicken biscuits. Needless to say we left with no biscuits. Very dissatisfied.

Jack's has taken the place of many fast food brands in small and medium-sized towns. I did not expect much but was pleasantly surprised. They seem to have a winning recipe with great food and good pricing.

Very Friendly...I thought the Turn Around in Management was very Noticeable..Workers are all on the same page now ...Food Service is Definitely at its Best...Love goin here.I love the Chicken Fingers/ Chicken .It is definitely Two of my Favorites..So reasonable...fits right into my Budget....Thank you.. So much for turn around...On How the food is Prepared Now & Cleanliness of this Establishment...Highly Recommend Everyone to come out and see for yourself..Thank you Again ..To the GM Tish...for making this place One Of My Favorites..Definitely will be comin back...

It was an outstanding burger and fires. First time eating at a Jack's and was not disappointed. Service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and delicious. Will definitely stop by again whenever we are through there.

Great place to grab some lunch. We had 2 piece chicken dinner with Cole slaw and chicken sandwich both good for a good price. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stoped here a week ago at 330 pm and they were “not taking orders”. Went by tonight at 830 pm and they said “I’m sorry but we closed early”. Wonder if their GM knows they’re close at 8pm and refuse service? Probably the worst jacks in Alabama. This is the one on HWY 20 in Decatur!
