Usually I don’t post stuff like this but me and my Bf got food poisoning from this location yesterday afternoon ….

Everyone was nice, the restaurant seemed clean but… we are pretty sick!!

Eat at your own risk or just don’t eat what we had ⚠️

Great restaurant with very good service. We were on our way to a movie and stopped in for a quick bite. We got the burger and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Both were amazing and quick!

Everyone seemed nice, the food was great & our waitress was Denise (DeeDee ????). She set the bar high for anyone in the food industry! I felt like she was another friend at the table. The only downside is that I would be disappointed to eat out anywhere else & not get to see her smile!

Party of three. Taken immediately to a booth. Waitress was fine. Had to ask another of the wait staff for silverware ten minutes after food arrived. Food was good. One dish had plenty of marinara while the other was quit lacking (same dish was ordered). Grilled cheese was so greasy, it may have been deep- fried! LOL

Pleasant atmosphere. Food is good, not great. Pleasant wait staff. Overpriced.

The food was okay and the service was polite, although they got our request wrong twice on adjustments to the order. We didn't have to wait long and the restaurant was mostly empty around lunchtime. The portions are large but the menu just seems.. boring. I guess you can only make chicken and burgers so many ways, but it wasn't bad or gross.

This review is for the lobster roll only. While I would normally give high ratings for O’Charley’s, I can’t do so with regard to the lobster roll. I got obviously frozen then thawed and heated lobster meat thrown onto a hotdog bun. It was supposed to be warm and buttered with the so called “roll” grilled. It was not any of that. Just thawed lukewarm lobster on a hotdog bun that was soggy to the point of stretching at the seam like some gelatinous glutinous mess. What a disaster.

The lobster claw meat was almost translucent inside, chewy, some rubbery, some with another strange and unpleasant texture. The claws were flat and dull looking. Awful.

O’Charleys, if you can’t do lobster right, just don’t do it. What a waste of $30.00.

As always the people and the service were great. No complaints - but that lobster - unbelievably disastrous.

Everything was great until we got our dessert to go. We got a key lime pie that was very bitter and salted caramel cheesecake which was so salty we couldn't eat it.
