I am both surprised, and disappointed. Customer service is not up to par as far as helping you to find what you need. When I asked for help I was told that the product was, “down there”. Needless to say that was the wrong area and I found the right area on my own. I will give credit for having a clean and well organized store but my expectations were a little bit higher as far as service goes.

I really enjoy Target! They always have the cutest items in the area where you first walk in. Besides groceries, I can find pretty much anything I need there.

Had never been in this store/location! I had a blow out on the highway in front of it and after getting my spare put on I decided to go in and wash up! Well, after seeing this store from the entrance I had to take the tour! Starting with the restrooms, which was my main reason for entry, very clean, well kept, everything in working order and condition. Quite impressive! On to the main store: Very classy and sophisticated in appearance! Very modern, clean and well stocked! Loved just looking around and actually spent way more time than anticipated! So much to choose from! Every department was loaded with merchandise, which was very nicely, well stocked and displayed. It appeared to be very well staffed and maintained throughout the entire store! I was very comfortable here and did not encounter any negativity from anyone here, working or otherwise. Everyone was quite friendly. I was impressed by everything they sold, the fact they actually have a CVS pharmacy and Starbucks inside the store! Just can't find anything bad to say about this place! From the parking lot, which, by the way, was very nicely kept, organized, roomy, clean and well landscaped, throughout the entire store! Excellent experience! Recommended retailer!!

Was treated like a criminal today while making a return, even though I had my receipt. God forbid someone wants to return an $18 item after spending a few hundred a couple of weeks beforehand. I have no desire to return to this store. Guess that means I am a Walmart person, and there is nothing wrong with that.

The employee that helped me is fantastic! I was looking for a specific Stanley cup and asked an employee and they tried to answer my questions as best as they could. I walked away to continue shopping after thanking them because I figured I would eventually get one when the demand slowed. I was back in furniture and turned around to see the employee standing behind me with the cup in their hands, they had opened another box to stock with and found the one I wanted and came to find me to make sure I got it! I didn’t catch your name but you had long hair in a ponytail and a tan face mask on with pinkish flowers and you were by isle b30. You are amazing! Keep up the great customer service, you made my day and I wanted you to know I appreciate your kindness!

Employee yelled at me to move out of her way then sarcastically said thank you after I moved isles. I get it if employees need to move items from place to place but please be nice to your customers.

Love the Daphne location. Pretty Much can always get my drive up or pickup order every time. Friendly team members and easy to find what I love. And my husband just waits in the car. It's going to be a minute too much to see so little time! ????

TERRIBLE customer service. Watched another customer walk up to an employee stocking toys on 4/5/23 and say excuse me and the employee literally walked away while the customer was asking for help. I could not find anyone in electronics and when I finally did he basically would not help me find what I needed. I ended up asking the same guy in toys who snubbed the other customer if he could help me and he literally rolled his eyes as he turned around. This Target location needs some serious training in customer service.
