In town for business, so stopped in for a bit of breakfast.
The restaurant is a converted house and at first appearance it's very clean.

I ordered the biscuits and gravy, and it wasn't like any other biscuit and gravy that I've ever had.

The biscuit was more cakey than the traditional type of biscuit, and the sausage was a bit heavy on sage. It wasn't terrible? But it's not what I've come to expect from biscuits and gravy. Although the gravy was very creamy.

There's plenty of parking in. The service was good.

Excellent place! I have had lunch here twice and can't wait to return for breakfast one day as well as dinner. Very nice atmosphere with super friendly and helpful wait staff. So far I have tried the crab cake sandwich, the chicken salad with cumin on a croissant, and the shaved prime rib sandwich. All are DELICIOUS! Excellent food prepared very well. What a gem of a restaurant.

Had Sunday brunch here, and the food did not disappoint! Everything was fresh and well seasoned. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic, though, and the servers seemed very detached.

My mom and I went here for the first time today! Cute restaurant! We shared a cup of the crab and corn chowder. It's the BEST SOUP I'VE EVER HAD! It's so yummy we got a quart to take home. We also shared a burger that was really good.

Wonderful Saturday lunch at @eastshorecafe at their outdoor picnic tables. The Ruben and creole mustard potato salad were great. Not pictured the crab and corn bisque which is a must. They are very pet friendly.

I've eaten here three times as of this post. Food is top notch and the environment is absolutely Southern.

I do recommend for a mid day lunch. One of Daphne's hidden gems.

Suggestions;
Dolphin island chowder
Crab cake
Philly steak
Mystic Reuben
Lobster bisque

Also, met the owner directly during one of our visits. He took the time to come to our table upon request. Pleasant and genuine are two words to describe describe our interaction.

We have dined here before so couldn’t resist coming back!!
The staff are all so friendly and eager to please. Tabitha our server was GREAT!
Greeted us immediately and was eager to please. Our food was as it should be timely and delicious! The egg omelettes were terrific served with fruit and grits on the side. The loss would be yours if you didn’t consider this place for breakfast.

I absolutely love this little hidden gem! This is located in Daphne, right adjacent to Christ The King church, and let me tell you, this place is absolutely amazingggggg!!! They have a little cute area outside to sit, and it's honestly my fav. The ambiance is so nice and chill, and the people are so nice and chill. The omelet is to die for. They have a create your own omelet, and it is so good, so fluffy, and the ingredients tasted so fresh. The bacon and the sausage were delicious, and so was the biscuit. You definitely have found a new frequent customer in me. Can't wait to go back and try more food!! 10/10, definitely recommend!!!!
