As soon as we walked to the door for the dining area we were met by a employee saying she was closing the dining room due to short staff. Then we ordered at the window and they put shredded cheese not even enough just a pinch on my hamburger and didn’t fill the fry cup. I counted at least 10 fries. And the bacon on my hamburger was extremely hard i couldnt even bite it

To be honest if there was a zero rating star that's what I would Give! I will not be back. The experience is terrible the food ia awful, the swrvice sucks (especially the black manager lady didn't catch her name and the girl named cindy their attitudes are terrible, they talk to their customers like dirt!) Apparently there is a need for new staff in the store some people who actually care about customers ! I'm so disappointed because we love wendys we would eat here all the time but not with this staff ! Or not until these 2 are gone.

Went here for lunch today 4/1/23 and was met at the entrance by an employee screaming at me and another patreon that they were closed. We both tried to ask if the drive-thru is open but she kept yelling at the top of her voice that they were closed. I can understand if there having staffing issues but yelling at customers in public making a spectacle of both you and the company your representing is disrespectful, embarrassing and unexcusable.

I used the drive through The young man at the window was very nice but the old woman was very aggravated stating she is just wanting to go home. The French fries were also cold and hard.

Ordered 30 Baconator breakfast sandwiches for our breakfast at Gaston Powerplant, Wendy app only allow to order 10 so I called the restaurant and they were very helpfull setting up and made the 30 very good Baconators made with extra bacon in less than a half hour ready for pickup when I arrived, excellent kind service and excellent made Baconators, we will do this many times over again????????

I don't see how this Wendy's is still open. I normally don't write reviews. Service is horrible. Food is worse. Never hot n I mainly come in right at the start of lunch. Order a bacon sandwich it had 1 piece of Bacon broken in half. . They need a real overhaul in this restaurant

I've noticed at this location, service is very slow inside and via drive-thru. I'm seeing some new workers so hopefully, things will pick up. It's always been a favorite for me. Their food and choices are delicious. They have Doordash for delivery.
