Call my order in at 11:01am arrived at 11:18am the guy who took my order forgot to place it. I understand people make mistakes but a simple apology would have been nice had to wait an extra 10 minutes. This was my first bad experience with the Chelsea location. Plus the older gentleman wasn't wearing gloves.

So I'm going to give this location 2 stars because I spent 27 dollars 2 days straight and both times I ordered, there was an issue with my food.

I ordered a big box w/pasta... And my pasta was over cooked, burned, it even looked old. It was so hard that I couldn't eat it. Look at the photo, I should have never left their store with that. From now on, I will check my food at the counter. Now I hate writing these kinds of reviews so if they will correct the issue, I'll give them 5 stars. But I'm not too happy about shelling out 54.00 and not being able to enjoy what I'm paying for. Probably won't do this location anymore. I'll give the others a try.

Not the best pizza in the world, but worlds above the rest locally for consistency. You know what you're getting every time you order.

Very good experience with pizza hut.

They had enough employees so that the wait was not long, and it was clearly well managed.

Ordering from the chelsea pizza hut Is almost all around a terrible experience.

We're always missing something, it's always overcooked, undercooked, and just in general a terrible experience work load wise.

The people are nice enough but nice don't get stuff done. Time to clean house pizza hut

I was simply picking up an Uber Eats order, and girl at register was very rude to me for absolutely no reason. I’ve never been treated like that by an employee ever in my entire life, it was incredibly unusual.

Trash. First time I called the Lady answered the phone and hung up in my face and then I called back and when I said hello she responded with “we are closing” . And I asked what time do you close tonight because it says 11pm on your site and she responded with “we are closing ” again . She was rude, unhelpful, and not even remotely interested in giving me any information. Keep in mind according to their website they weren’t suppose to be closed for another hour. I didn’t mind the fact that they were closing early but her attitude was unnecessary.
