The food was good. But the cashier definitely didn't want to be there, nor did she want us there. She was not friendly or helpful. She seemed extremely annoyed that my 8 year old granddaughter couldn't make up her mind on what to eat, even though there was no one else in line behind us.
It was so cold in the restaurant! Yes, I appreciate it not being hot in the restaurant, but everyone in the place was shivering! I have managed restaurants and this is not a good customer experience.
The table we sat at had crumbs all over it.
The manager on duty was very nice and friendly!

We were in a hurry, on our way to a swim meet, and they didn't have enough fingers to fulfill our order, but the people working made it happen somehow. They went above and beyond to take care of us and I was so impressed. Thank you! We made it to warmups on time because of your quick thinking.

Food is always good but if they ask if I want extra sauce and I say no I don't get any sauce at all. It has happened several times. Big zax snack should always come with 1 sauce.

Pretty girls. Nice friendly and definitely faster drive thru than most anywhere else in Marshall Co that I've been to lately especially ,during the busiest hrs. Very clean inside like the tile.

Food had hair in it, was missing an item and I asked for no slaw, they forgot, and scooped the slaw out of my tray and threw bread over it rather than just giving me a clean tray.

Be careful Zaxby's may be addicted. It started off. With just a chicken finger here and there. Now it is gotten real serious must go at least two or three times a week. Great food really really really love the chicken

Not a fan of chicken tenders rolled in sauce. Could've been better. No seasoning on my fries. Well maybe a little. Charged for zax sauce. Thanks jb.
