Went to the Boaz Walmart to purchase a window unit air conditioner. Found it with no problem, walked back out through the garden center to check out with our ONE purchase...team lead Steven let me know I was bothering him (while there was no one else there) He was not remotely friendly...if you don't want to work with the public...don't! But having the personality of a porcupine doesn't work in retail.

The one in Boaz is great.
The one in Trussville is disgusting with nasty shelves that have busted leaking products, skint up floors, unkempt gross looking employees who are the absolute worst at customer service.

I try to keep my Walmart visits only when I visit my parents in Boaz.

Recently stopped here for an emergency and had the best associate Stephanie Bowen go above and beyond and she deserves so much recognition!!! A great employee like that doesn’t happen much.

My best friend and went to pick up the things at the one here in boaz. We needed things to fix for supper. We got that done then came back and got in the pool to get some sun

I love everyone there, please stay open forever and keep growing with the world. I shop the pick up all the time and I'm not the only one, especially counting 30 cars in line for pickup

As usual like all Walmarts it was crowded but there were enough self checkouts to accommodate the crowed. Cleanest Walmart I have visited. We were in and out in 15 minutes.

What can ya say it's Walmart.. yes with our economy like it is these days so many items are "out of stock", it's not walmart fault, and I know A LOT OF FOLKS say different but bottom line walmart can't make companies load everything needed on 18wheel and then make truck driver deliver..

Typical Wal mart different city. You know , employees are mostly kids still ,hiding too send a few text. No need to ask for help cause they really don’t know much about it.
