The 2 cooks, The tall guy and the girl were Fantastic... The food was perfect...best EVER at this location!! The overall environment was upbeat and friendly... the cooks were even helping the waitress make sure all the tables were greeted and got their food HOT AND FRESH.. Thanks Huddle House... we will definitely be back to see you guys ????

So here was my experience at the Huddle House in Boaz. I am server myself so therefore I always pay attention. We were greeted when we come in. Our server Alexis (I think I'm correct on her name) was very good. We did have a problem nothing serious. The manager Gracie was very polite, and professional. She solved the issue ( our coupon had expired by 1 day) I watched her though to going to tables asking how things were? She helped the servers when needed. You could tell she cared .The cooks did amazing with our food. The restaurant was very clean. The environment was great too. Will be making more visits soon. I love Huddle House... It's my favorite restaurant. Glad they have salads again too.

Dirty floor, windows full of flies, pestering customers while they ate, last bite of my omelette had a black hair under it.
Waitress was excellent in every way, it wasn't her fault about the hair under my food. That falls on the cook. Get some kind of pest control in the place of business. Management is laying down on the job. That's what it looks like.

We went on a Sunday morning, they were super busy but the staff handled the crowd flawlessly!!! Our waitress (Paula I believe) was such a delight!! She was quick to get our order and kept our drinks full!

Came in a little after 9am and sat right away, which is unusual. Took over 15 minutes to get menus or be aknowledged-it was not that busy. Drink and food order was put in at 9:43, it took until 10:31 for food to arrive. Had to send some stuff back. Eggs were cold or not cooked right. Ordered Crispy hashbrowns, one order came out over cooked and the others looks like shredded potatoes that hadn't touch the grill and waffle was cold, butter wouldn't even melt. Will not be back to this location.

Me and my friend had went to huddle house today and we were so satisfied by how amazing the workers attitudes were they were all so nice and friendly I think there names were Braxton justice and Matt and Braxton made sure we did not go without drinks as well as being super helpful and asking us if we needed anything else!!! Definitely my favorite place to go to eat ❤️

Braxton was our server and I can say service was great. He looked our way enough to make sure we had everything we needed. He has a great attitude, and made us feel welcome.

Not very clean, staff was not friendly. Would have been VERY nice when I called in this order to have been told if I ordered the meal it would have been $5 cheaper. Not impressed
