The food is consistently good. Unfortunately, the customer service is poor. I sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes recently. I couldn't back out bc of how the drive-thru is designed. The person who took my order had zero personality. When I finally made it to the window to pay, there was no greeting, no apology for the ridiculously long wait. I was irritated but have come to expect shotty service from certain locations, this being one. The food was good, but customer needs to be as well.

On Thursday evening, May 25, We went inside to place order because the drive thru was busy. When I walked in, the floors were extremely sticky. It smelled horrible from the bathroom. I placed my order on the kiosk and wanted to pay with cash. They told me I could cancel my order and go thru the drive thru or I would have to wait until they got the drive thru clear as they only had one register open. So I left and went to Wendy's for my son, in hopes that when I returned, they might be caught up. We came back an hour later. Went thru the drive thru and ordered 4 beefy melts and a soft taco. Once u get in line, u r committed. I pulled in the drive thru at 9:46 and couldn't leave until 10:33. That is ridiculous. I think they should've gave us a discount, a complimentary drink, a coupon or something. They didn't even apologize for the wait. That would've been nice. They need to get it together.

Just like space, my food was mostly empty. I got maybe a teaspoon of meat and lettuce on my taco and the burritos are the same way. I've ordered from here numerous times but this is a first. One thing is consistent the Night shift just doesn't care.

Very personable staff. Quick and friendly. I do wish they still had Pico de Gallo and were willing to make a Baja chalupa. But the steak chalupa supreme is an adequate substitute. Not sure if it should cost $5 though.

Sick and tired of being charged for large drinks and handed a medium because they're out of large cups. Tell me BEFORE I pay for a large. Asked for two mediums instead and was handed one cup. Customers after me were OFFERED and given two cups in place. The lobby smells like a porta-John. One employee was laughing at a doordash driver because they had little to nothing available for their order. Awful attitudes, customer service, and half filled tacos. I always support my community, and I would hate to see it go... but this place needs shut down. Its ridiculous. Expect at least 20 minutes before you get your food. And dont expect a napkin. They dont stock those either.

honestly, this taco bell is laughably bad. they told me to hold for like five minutes at the speaker and that they were out of lettuce, which was fine. i still got two soft supreme tacos because i don't care for lettuce as much as the other stuff. when i was pulling off, the girl was telling the next customer they were also out of mtn dew, baja blast, and dr pepper. nowhere in there did she say tomatoes. but when i opened my taco, it was just a little meat, cheese, and hella sour cream thrown into a flour tortilla. it's kind of funny, for the past five years they've always left my tomatoes off in my supreme tacos. but this time i literally paid almost six dollars for 2/3 of what i was supposed to have. i think i will be driving to gardendale or downtown from now on. this location has serious problems.

The customer service was terrible!! The lady taking our order told us we could not do 2 separate orders and all they were serving was tacos. It was almost closing time and I do understand that sometimes there is a limited amount of food that close to closing time. But she would not do 2 separate orders so we had to put it all on one order and we ordered 3- 4 soft tacos supremes and 4 Dori to lock tacos. 1 Without sour cream & 3 soft tacos without sour cream. They put sour cream on all but 1 of the tacos and my friend is allergic to it so he could not eat...which was very messed up considering there was nothing else was open that time of the morning!!! So this was very inconvenient and the customer service was just very poor and unacceptable! I have worked in fast food places and I would have gotten fired if I talked to customers the way they did and just how unprofessional these workers were. I will not go back that Taco Bell ever again!!

Got food in the drive thru about an hour ago and have been vomiting for the last 30 mins, never had food poisoning before, but im about 96% certain thats what it is.
