It has been extremely packed tonight and we just rolled up to the next window due to the drive thru not responding. Though everything was a tad slow, I immensely appreciate, the work effort and friendliness, I experience as a customer. They graciously took our order a window and our food was good

Did a halfway check on the way out of the driveway because there was a car behind me. It looked like all items were there. Nope. Was not given my blueberry muffin and everything that was supposed to be egg free had eggs on it. No attention to detail. I won't eat from there again. Also they won't answer the phone.

I just got finished waiting in line in the drive through which is a double drive through and I waited there for at least 20 minutes before I saw 8 people's cars in the other lane get their orders taken and the 3 cars in front of me were just all hanging there waiting for some service. Like the line was dead and operator didnt know it. Suggest this location to be retrained or restaffed. I had to wait for a chance to get out of the drive thru as I was on the inside lane.

I’ve been coming to this location since I was about 10. I am turning 30 in a few months. EVERYTIME I come to this location, you have to wait for your food at least 30 mins. You have to wait 30 mins alone just to order.

i'm so tired of having bad experiences at this McDonald's... the one thing i want, i am always told they don't have and it's pretty clear they can't be bothered to cook one strawberry pie. and i get you all hate your jobs, fast food sucks, but you could at least try and be cordial for your customers spending their hard earned money here. it's not like my, or anyone else's, complaints will be taken seriously either. mcdonalds is such a big corporation they can treat people however and the stores and leadership never face any consequences.

The people taking my order were kind of rude and rushing me to order didn't hardly have time to look at the menu. The food was overall pretty good except a little messy. The line was super long so it took awhile to finally get up to the window.

I went 3 days in a row ask for one sandwich just not pickles every time I got a different 8$ sandwich, is it that hard to put a piece of chicken on a bun with little sauce. Instead it’s extra pickles and no sauce it’s a joke

Couldn't use my McDs app. Paid for a large meal and received a small drink. 'OH I'm sorry, we don't have any large cups. Have a nice day' and shut the drive thru window.
