II have been getting delivery for over a year and it's never gotten better. 'm done with this Walmart. Expired food or about to be, molded strawberries and potatoes, dented cans.
I miss fresh bread, fresh eggs and milk. I'm changing to Johnson's and dropping this no good delivery service from Walmart. I have tried to complain, they just give you a refund for molded items and that's it until the next time. They don't fix the problem. And what do you do with bread that's expiring in 3 days or milk. They purposely give oldest items to pickup and delivery. I have called corporate, does no good. This area has terrible employees who even give you rotten potatoes. I'm done.

Variety of clothing and spacious store. Everything is not crammed in. Nice wide aisle 6 feet is very possible. But I bought a pair of shoes and the strap broke. They were cute shoes that met the required purpose..

Their employees are alot quicker to respond to the "Push for Assistance" button that's at the pet supplies glass cabinet, when I have to get flea medication here. And their greeters here in Oxford are so much more friendly than in my hometown and that's a fact, not my opinion. ????

Obviously Walmart always has everything that I need but I usually shop online because I work from home and I’m a very busy person however I did have a day off this Saturday and I decided to take myself and my three children to the store to go pick up some garden supplies and a toy or two for them. So, as I’m walking around the store I’m noticing that employees are just staring and following me around as we navigate throughout the store especially in the garden center. I don’t know if it has something to do with my race or the casual clothes that I had on this weekend but I have an excellent job and I have 2 degrees under my belt that I worked very hard for. I do not need to steal anything. I can’t explain how it makes you feel to work hard for everything that you have and when you’re doing something as simple as shopping to have people following you around giving you these looks as if you are somehow a thief. I am 42 years old I have never stolen anything in my life. Walmart should do a better job of training their employees not to stereotype people based on their class, race, or whatever other preconceived notion‘s that you may have about a person. After being followed around the garden center I finally went to the register to check out my items one of the workers actually came and stood in the aisle behind me and watched me unload all of the items that I had in my cart onto the belt to be checked out. Who goes to steal watermelon, collard geeen plants, and soil from Walmart?

Worker's were rude and just standing around on their phones. When I asked for help scanning an item the girl just rolled her eyes at me

Staff is never friendly and the shelves never look fully stocked.
Today 8/20/2023 and there was only one cashier working and self checkout was full. Another customer had to go and get help because the cashier checkout was lined up all the way down in front of the women's section.

Can’t use cash at self checkout. Delivery items substituted too much or missing altogether. No offer to replace missing items by delivery. Money taken in 5-7 seconds and refunded in 5-7 business days.

If you work here make you sure you plan to not have MEDICAL EMERGENCY. Apparently personal thinks that ER visits is definitely something you can ignore or can control. DO NOT WORK HERE. FRANKLY I WOULDN'T SHOP HERE EITHER.
