It's okay for fast food, I had a crispy chicken wrap and it was good. The store itself needs some TLC and LIGHT. It's kind of dark and depressing in there.

I strongly dislike being asked to pull forward as soon as I pull up to a fast food drive thru window. Mainly because if there is a mistake with my order, I have to park, get the kids out, and go in. The person bringing the food out doesn't usually wait for you to check. The server at the window was very short, which is ok. It just wasn't a stellar experience. However, the food was very good, and that matters most.

This was the best take-out experience my family and I have had in a long time. Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious even after driving 20 minutes to get home. They have a wonderful staff with fast friendly service. My family doesn't go out to eat very often and we will certainly be back to Lenlock Arby's for our next take-out meal! Thank you to the amazing staff for treating my family like your family.

The food here was fantastic, the wait time was next to none. The sever brought our food out to our table without us having to move a muscle. I live in Montgomery but whenever I’m in town I will be only served at Lenlock Arby’s

CHEESE COVERED BOX 4-Lunch?

Just left Arby's on McClellan Blvd in Anniston Alabama..
At lunch time, I ordered a Beef-n-Cheddar and Pecan Chicken sandwich through the drive through. The lady told me that the pecan chicken will take 5-10 minutes to be ready because it has to be mixed up. I decided to park, walk inside and wait. While waiting, other customers in line were attempting to order the pecan chicken sandwich and the attendant behind the register told other customers that wait time would be 15-20 minutes.
??????.. its lunch time!!!!!!.. why is this happening at LUNCH TIME?? poor management?...
why are people being told different wait times??.
FINALLY received my order, got home and to my SUPRISE opened the box to see the cheddar was placed on top of the bun!!. The pecan chicken was dry, & tasteless and it wasn't made the way I requested it!.. I dont understand what has happened to the service and quality of the food at Arby's. This will be my last visit at this location!
I paid 13.00 for 2 sandwiches. Way too much hassle and disappointment!!

Used the app for the first time to order a meal, it was great, the Kings Hawaiian sweet heat chicken sandwich & jalapeño roast beef sliders hit the spot, guaranteed to clear your stopped up nose. ????????????

I enjoy the food, but the price on their burgers for what you get in too pricey. Burger King gives better deal for the bacon king
