Worst breakfast I've had. The chicken was old, pancakes were nasty. People were nice, but some food was left out so had to go back. None of us finished our food bc it was just that bad.

I ordered a grilled chicken BLT salad, it was the worst salad I have gotten at Jacks. Didn't even have 1/2 cup of lettuce
Very disappointed.

This is a consistently good restaurant , the morning crew rocks and the evening crew aint slacking lol . I'll always come back to Jack's for more,more,more !

Lovona is amazing. I came in later in the evening and wanted to redeem some points for a free milkshake. When I came in, she was singing “Unchained Melody” to herself beautifully. Her coworkers were busy but having a joyful conversation with her, saying encouraging things to each other. She asked how I wanted my shake—so I told her that thicker is better because I was going to share it in different bowls with my kids when I got home. So she volunteered to separate the shake into small cups so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. Super friendly lady with swagger for doing what she does. She deserves some big love from everybody for her enthusiasm, care, and talent!

The Jack's in Alexandria is the best one to eat at. I love there hamburgers and the French fries are great.
