If I could give negative stars I would . You start shopping and the shelves are half empty . If you ask for help the staff has no clue where to find the items nor care to try to find a way to help you. It's like you are troubling them to stop the personal calls or text they always seem to be on . You tell the managers and they seem just as annoyed bc you asked them to look into it . We might as well stock the shelves, check ourselves out, and don't get me started on the conditions of the restrooms. Customer service has definitely gone out the window in 2023 . This is what happens when there is no alternative to shopping. I personally can't wait for Publix to open up in Alexander City. I just hope they can find people who want to work. The ones at Wal Mart act like we made them take the job.

My experience with Thomas at curbside pickup was hands down the best I’ve had. He was so friendly, quick but not rushed, and very attentive. 5 stars for you, Thomas! Keep up the great work.

Really picked ovet. Produce was the worst I have seen. Most produce was gone or a few rotten things left. Looks like we are preparing for a hurricane and we are NOT! NO deli meat ... they said the scale was down! Really? Awful Tillman's Corner Walmart!

This location is very clean and organized. Lovely service. Good convenient location. Other surrounding business. Bathroom needs updating and deep cleaning.

They do a good job on keeping the store clean. They could use some improvements in the parking lot and some new carts though.

The store cleanliness has really went down. The bathrooms especially.

I went in here 2times 8 hours apart today to buy cigarettes. Both times I was denied because no one was working at that register. But they have someone who checks your receipt at the door, which I never show it to them. I’m not sure what they’re going to do about it. Anyways, Walmarts about to put their self under with the going full check out, etc. people want convenience. I understand if you just have a couple of items but no one wants to spend a lot of money on a basket full of groceries and then checked yourself out lol. Keep it up Walmart. Everyone’s replaceable even corporations.

Don't order ahead online‼️ They charge you right away for the order that you place, then someone picks the order, then they charge you the real price if not everything you ordered is exactly what they picked. That ties your money up for another week for the first order and you pay for the actual order you get. They often do not have exactly what you order online and when they substitute the system doesn't void the original cost it just charges you again ON TOP OF ORIGINAL COST... So you pay twice‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ not good business. Store staff have to deal with upset customers but this is a corporate issue that won't get fixed until more customers step up and complain and STOP ORDERING ONLINE IF YOU CAN'T OFFER TO PAY TWICE FOR THE ORDER. if you'll get your money back for first charge, maybe a week later???? They take it out immediately but it takes up to a week, business days week, to get it back. Beware to the shopper who can't afford to tie that much money up for a week ????

My boyfriend when in to pick up a few things and was in line at register 1 for like 10 mins and their was a couple behind him. When it got to be his turn to get checked out the girl told him and the couple behind him that she was closed. Then she just walked off leaving them to have to go to another register to check out.
We work 8 to 12 hours a day at our job and we get paid. We don't work for Walmart and if we have to check ourselves out than we should get a time card so that we can get paid.
No one comes to our job to do our work for free, so why would we go to Walmart or any other store and work for free.
