This is the last time we visit this location. It's never busy so you would think the food will be better prepared. We stopped in for breakfast, the sandwiches were thrown together, the sausage patty was dry and the bacon was raw. The potatoes tasted as if they were from the morning before just dunked into grease.

Field trip MTS students were attended quick with their meals ????????. The crew members were super NICE and especially the Manager. Out of all the fast food restaurants, the customer service here is immaculate! 100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Burger King take note! This is what French toast sticks should look like! I always love going to this Wendy’s and seeing everyone’s smiling faces! Our food is always good and we love the way Russell oversees this store!

Clever signs are not enough. You may want to be Chik-fil-a this summer, but they never serve me raw food. Unacceptable.

Food is nearly always cold. Service is hit or miss. Definitely not the definition of quality. To top all that off the person over the signs talks a big game they can't compete in. Not funny or tastful. He doesn't need to quit his day job. ????

The gravy biscuit is advertised and priced with sausage. I ordered 2 sausage and gravy biscuits, no sausage. Go back and try it again a week later ordered the same thing and said please put the sausage on it. Got home no sausage again...took it back this time and they put a few chunks of sausage on them....got home and every thing is stone cold, gravy looks like milk and about as cold. Wendy's breakfast hour needs help.

I really wish that considering all the inflation we already have to deal with that at least when a place advertises there food looking so appealing that we the people after spending our money could at least get something that resembles what we choose according to what we see. I orderd the cesar wrap thats was supposed to be to big to finish with nice looking grilled chicken fresh crunchy looking lettuce and received a wrap that was squished rolled a few pieces of tiny bits of chicken and not only did i not get fresh looking lettuce but they tossed in one! One little piece of wilted lettuce! seriously what has happened to the quality of the products that we spend our money on when we decide to take a break from cooking at home we should be able to not be put in a place where we regret even deciding to eat out its ridiculous!

Wonderful establishment, great staff, delicious food, clean environment, very accessible, awesome location! Recruitment needs to step it up and hire some help. If employees are not showing up or Noone is applying then go find them! Get creative and figure out how to bring them in or find somebody else who will. Your job is not that important of you ain't doing it!
