Food
I ordered the only "spicy" meal on the menu, Singapore chicken. I added 1 1/2 containers of hot chili oil and it still wasn't spicy.
The chicken was dry and overcooked and felt like it came from a premade bag. The rice was undercooked and felt similar to an Uncle Ben's bag. The noodles were overcooked and squishy.

Environment
The environment is poor and patched together. The table literally had graffiti all over it with a couple's initials and obscene drawings on it. The decorations are held together by zip ties that you can visibly see in one of my attached photos. There were also boxes everywhere of ordered supplies.

I am Chinese and have tried many ethnic Asian and Japanese places and this is the worst place I've been to. The quality of food and environment are poor. Don't come here, it's not worth it.

We love this place! Great food! Good prices... yummy sushi!! It's our go to when we're craving Chinese. Definitely the best around. Oh, and a drive thru window and you can also place your order online!!!

Unsure if this is the same owners but visited the location on 431 that is the old Popeyes. Honestly, the worst food I have ever eaten, and would not even give it to my dog. The chicken was overcooked and from frozen, mushy rice, zero flavor. Absolute slop. To add to the experience, everyone I dined with felt very ill the next day. We will absolutely never return to Ichiban - ever.

I tried to call in a takeout order for 30 minutes and the phone continued to be busy. So I went to the restaurant to place the order in person. Upon arriving, I notice phone is off hook and laying on the counter. I ask if I can place a takeout order and was notified that they weren’t taking any orders. Keep in mind this was 3hrs before closing time. I questioned if that’s why the phone was off the hook and the young lady at the counter rolled her eyes and had some rude remarks. I asked to speak with her manager and the same level of maturity was displayed. This was not the first time experiencing rude service at Ichiban but definitely the worst yet. As a long time customer, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I hate that they throw their phone off for an hour at a time when they have taken what they consider enough to go orders. There is no way to know when they’ve thrown it off and when is best to try back. I have never known of any other restaurant doing this.

Excellent food. I usually call in my order and pick up through the drive-thru window. Their Hibachi is great!

Food was ok but the restaurant is dirty. The entrance way is partially blocked by stacked up boxes. The front door was incredibly filthy.
