Again I hate rating a business with a single star but look at the pictures and you will understand. The store has zero organization. It looks like someone opened the front & back doors and let the wind blow everything about. Carts of new merchandise were randomly placed throughout the store. You have to push them out of the way to purchase merchandise behind them. The only thing I will say is the staff was friendly.

Customer service is horrible. My cashier was Jasmine. She was not friendly at all, not even a smile. She stood there for a minute before ringing me up. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there. I was looking for the survey on my receipt (not sure if it is a separate receipt or not), but since I have nothing for a survey I decided to do a google review.

Store is filthy, carts piled with inventory blocking aisles. They don’t fulfill online pick up orders, they get canceled last minute every single time. Avoid this location.

I have started going here a lot because it is the best one of their stores I have visited so far. I usually go in and the store is clean and everything is put away most of the time which isn’t always the case at their other stores. Also, I mostly always see the same 2 associates and they are amazing! Very helpful and sweet which is refreshing these days because so many of those in the customer service industry just do not care at all.

When my son got sick in the car, we were driving on Kent Dairy Road. Saw the sign for the store at the light and we drove over. I was pleasantly surprised how clean, bright, and well stocked it was. I was able to everything (a new shirt, shoes, cleaning supplies, motion sickness medication, and air freshener) for under $20 in less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to going back under better circumstances.

I visited this location on a Friday night just to pick up a couple of things I needed. It was almost closing time when I got there, so I was rushing. I remember that the manager on duty was very friendly and talkative. The cashier was also friendly and checked me out quickly. They had the items on my list in stock and the store was clean. I'll definitely visit this location again!

10 people in line in front of me 3 employees behind the counter one register and the 3 had 5 minute conversations with each customer after 15 minutes we walked out! Its ok to be friendly and chat but making everyone wait while you slowly finish your conversation is unacceptable.

Very unorganized, Staff is no help @ all. Never keep in stock things needed. Not a friendly welcome here, Supervisor from home office should be popping in this store . The staff is not friendly @ all . I wouldn’t give a 1star . Will not shop there again , Walmart always has everything needed in stock and the employees are friendly . I liked shopping at Dollar General when they had a friendly crew and store wasn’t so sloppy and never stock of things that u need .. Basic always out !!!!! And it’s ashamed for all these stores to be so out of shape !!!! Needs Managers that know actually, How to run a place of business. Poor management staffing .. I however , did do all my business at D/G before . But , will not again .. Waste of time yo get out and go in and never have anything in stock and just terrible organization...
