Awesome off the beaten path rustic venue for all sorts of gatherings, I was there for a wedding, they had an open air type wedding chapel outside and then the closed in reception hall adjacent to the chapel

Beautiful venue, great staff. I have nothing to complain about, but if I could suggest something, provide an appropriate attire to your staff. Guests at the weddings are all dressed up, when you have your stuff with Gildan T-shirts and shorts, the perceived value of your great service crashes.

Visiting from out of town to wedding invite and was completely disappointed not by the recepting building but the outdoor chapel and the staff running the event. First of all, the ceremony was took place outside in the chapel and because of the heavy rain and cold spell no provisions were made for the visiting guests. Most of the wedding party was subjected to extreme cold conditions and heavy rain. Rather than having a vinyl covering to inclose the open chapel walls or providing propane portable heaters for the guests, they just let the people be subjected to cold and wet conditions. The music provided in the chapel was a speaker in the back and no sound coming out of the front for EVERYONE to hear. The plain white benches or folding chairs had no decorative covers or bows to celebrate the occasion of the wedding couple. One of the folding chairs had a broken brace on the bottom and it was up to one of the wedding guest to notice and swap out the before someone had a mishap. In the reception hall, the building itself is beautiful but not being utilized in the right manner. Plain folding chars with no slip covers and the table setting was 3 glass cylinder candle holders. It was open seating with no head table or assigned table seating. Although no alcohol was served, small plastic cups were used for the water, tea and lemonade and NO coffee available. Cheap plastic plates and forks used. The portions served to the wedding party was not only small but even used imitation mashed potatoes. Who in their right mind uses imitation mashed potatoes at a wedding reception. At least season the imitation potatoes so it tastes like the real thing. The farm staff was more concerned about clearing things and breaking everything down while guests were still trying to enjoy the event. Chairs were being put up before the event even ended. RUSH, RUSH, RUSH, was the mission statement of THE FARM. Do not let THE FARM handle anything other that providing the venue. From my vast years of experience in the catering/hospitality industry they have much to learn about the ultimate wedding venue experience. You can heed my warning or take your chances with you money. Personally I would not recommend this wedding venue.

If your looking for a special venue to have your wedding you should check out The Farm. Sandy and her staff are really into making sure everything is perfect. My daughter got married there in April and we could not have been any happier with the entire facility and the staff. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THE SPECIAL DAY SOMETHING WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER !
