I wish I could give 5 stars the lady at the online bingo window is very sweet. But after it leaves her getting my money is a whole other story. I have been waiting since April 21st. Everytime I contact them I always get let me check with out team and nothing has been done.

I won a jackpot online for 11200 points. Imagine my surprise when I drove all the way from Bham and those points equalled only 112$. Then they didn't give me cash, they said it would be direct deposited. And it was 2 weeks later. This is ridiculous. And also you couldn't use your winnings to play the games at the location. The whole process was terrible.

Was introduced to the gaming by a cousin. Went down to redeem my cash on the 15th and was told several different waiting periods. First 1-5 days, then 2-7 days. It's now the 27th and I still haven't received anything. I've spent a lot of money with this place. And the least they can do is get their info straight. I've even recommended several people and they're looking at me like, Where is my money? When you call to ask questions, the staff is so rude! You can't get mad with people that has spent their money that's paying you.I just want my winnings, and I'm done playing here

Just called Riversedge about my redemption AGAIN. I called at 2:05 pm and was put on hold for 10 minutes. They picked the phone up and hung it up. I called back and was put on hold for another 15 minutes and they never came back. I found a different number and finally I was able to ask when will I be receiving my money? I've spent A lot of money with this place. And for them to speak to me the way the girl did was Very uncalled for. I asked for a supervisor and she told me that SHE wasn't there. Then she turned around and said that HE would give me a call. This place owes me $1100. I WILL NOT spend another dime there and neither will my friends and family that I told about them. I'm calling the news channel and the Mayor of Green County today!

Great idea to start for the online bingo. My first few times I won small amounts $20-$30 then it takes it all back. Then won $400 and that was easy to pick up. I’ve been playing for weeks now and no more results. It’s like they get you started and then there’s no more incentives to keep you. Even the pay lines are weird and are low. Oh, be sure ‘claim’ your winnings cause they won’t do it automatically. You WILL lose them!

My husband just played and got five eagles for 20 free spins at a $5 bet. As he tried to claim it, The site went down and when it came back up, he lost the free spins. That would’ve paid him well and restored my faith in game. So who do you talk to about that? ????. Just be modest with the play.
