Traveling, pulled over to get some breakfast. The pancakes were tender with a good taste. The employees were considered and patient.

My very first time ever at a Jack's restaurant. The people here are friendly, the bathrooms are very clean. There is room for a few 18-wheelers & RVs. & the parking lot is very clean. & the food is next level Delicious.

I loved Greensboro Jack's but will not go back to the one in Moundville until some major changes are done!!

I meal so bad I had to leave 2 reviews!!!! Half sized portions on sides. Cold to the touch burgers. Not room temp. COLD. Soggy chicken sandwich that had a foul taste almost like the fryer oil had never been changed. Ordered no pickle on everything and received 6 pickles on each sandwich. Worst fast food meal I've ever had the displeasure of receiving. Didnt even eat my meal. Didnt complain to the staff, I figure if it were this messed up the first time that there is no redemption.

Young lady at window was new and trying very hard to make sure the orders were correct. She had pervious customers that were rude and nasty to her, she will be better with time, because unlike most she cares and likes her job!! Food was fresh and hot also. And every item was in my bag!!!

Chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh, grandson had a cheeseburger and he said it was hot and good.
Women's bathroom could use some attention but overall the restaurant was clean

The cashier was Very friendly. The food was cold and fried hard and NOT good.
