Rose does the best virgin bloody Merry's. Also, the food is delicious.
They have indoor and outdoor seating , and you can listen music , eat, drink , play pull tabs.
If you need to stay and relax they have rooms for rent too

I’ve passed this place a million times over the past 20 years and finally stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, the staff made excellent conversation, the food was quick and delicious, and the drinks (bloody mary) were well made. Overall, everything was great, but pricey and I wish their menu was just a little bigger. We plan to return to see how their steaks are

Way over priced, fir portions. $34 for a seafood sampler?? 2 small pieces of cheap cod, 2 shrimp and some little crispy clams that all came from a prepackaged freezer box...
Too bad, this place could be nice, no wonder nobody is there most days.

Food was good, service was very good, prices were high, atmosphere was okay for a bar. I likely would not go there again ????

Came for an early dinner with my family of 5. Food was good. We all had large meals and drinks that were tended to well. A lovely Vietnamese lady helped us with all our needs. She even made a custom drink for me with very little instruction and it turned out great! Her and I had a lovely conversation while my family played horseshoes out back. I feel for her though. She had no help but still seemed to manage-but running the entire time. Deserves a raise for sure!

Summer awesome setting, down at the Kasilof River. Beautiful interior, creative bar (zigzag) and a massive fire place. My daughter is raving about her bacon cheeseburger as we speak and says mom- give them 5 stars. My fish and chips is amazing as well as my Bloody Mary :)

The building is not bad. Needs a lot of upkeep. The signs are run down and things tend to stay broken for too long. The owner is inexperienced and does not know how to run a bar. The liquor choices are decent at best. The bartenders Monika and Rae were the best two bartenders that the bar had seen. Their potential and skill went un noticed and they no longer work there. I do not recommend the Tustumena lodge for sleeping or getting drinks. The road house would be a better choice by far.
