An absolute gem in Homer! Amazing inventory including many imported items that are hard or impossible to get anywhere else in AK. There's a half aisle devoted to Trader Joe's products! The prices were surprisingly reasonable for such a well stocked store.
There's a little food court at the front of the store with yummy American favorites. My family loved the chicken strips and cheeseburgers. We will absolute be shopping here every time we're in town!

A really cool bulk grocery store that has a wide variety of Kirkland Signature and local goods.

This well stocked store has a comprehensive stock of your typical Kirkland Signature Costco goods. The meat section has meat from McNeil Canyon meats so it's fresh and local. They also have a surprising amount of Asian food and ingredients.

Towards the front of the store has a deli for your hot food needs.

Save-U-Less or Save-U-More depending on what you are getting - overpriced on a lot of items but they have a lot of great stuff; great prices on a fair amount of things but a lot it is costco resale. Some things you are better off getting at Safeway as their oat milk is almost 3 dollars cheaper. I don't like big corporations but I also don't like getting ripped off on a gallon of nut milk. Don't get me wrong, sav u more is a great store but if you feel like some things are overpriced, go to safeway just don't get vaccinated there lol. Please note that not ALL McNeil canyon meats are local to Alaska! Only AK GROWN.
Bottom line this place is the best store in town, GREAT EMPLOYEES!

It is a great small town grocery store! It has a small deli with pizza and sushi, shopping area and alcoholic drinks section. Seriously awesome, you will never get bored wandering down random isles to find a mix of totally weird Russian stuff and normal snack food. Is my go to for pretty much anything except for produce. Yes I know we are Alaska and we don’t have great produce but their stuff is usually just on the brink of rotting. The produce is the reason of the four stars instead of five so if you need produce go to Safeway. Otherwise it is great and has recycling bins outside. ????

The Deli, Used to be cheap and quick, which is was why I spent 10's of thousands of dollars over the past 10 years.... Now? They flip overthe box to the small side. Just to rip you off on what you think is a decently sized meal....It's hard to support a establishment like that. I'm taking my meal back and they can keep the money. That's just unacceptable. Another customer lost.

I'm glad we have it, better than nothing. I wish it was locally owned, it would be a lot better. The DELI is the best. If you can drive to COSTCO, you'll pay ½ on most. Example.....chocolate covered coffee beans. $22 at Costco, where SUM gets their products from, SUM raises that price to $45. That's....ummm... not because of shipping..... that's down right sick greed. Owners, not employees. The employees are wonderful locals. Owners are not Alaskans. They price gouge. But.... given our shopping choices, they have what I need, if I can afford it, I'll get it.

The DELI...... GREAT PRICES. Very good food, good service, we eat here more than the other places in town, convenient, fast (kinda), good, and the prices are still low enough at the DELI to be worth it.

It has ups and downs but we appreciate it. Bathrooms are always cleaner than Safeway, but have an odd bad smell that never goes away, but it's clean.
