They took 2 months to do a title search, and then waited until Friday afternoon to send docs for closing on the following Tuesday. I was supposed to docu-sign everything, but they sent a PDF that I have to print out, sign, fill out, notarize, and then fed ex back to Fairbanks by Tuesday. I live off grid, and it is very difficult to print and notarize docs without spending the entire day driving around. The solution from them is to spend even more money using an online notary. That does NOT get me any closer to Fed ex. The last time I was required to hand sign closing docs was a few years back. In this HI-Tech world, Doc-usign is the way to go. Stewart Title of Fairbanks is still working by chisel and stone. Not a good experience so far, and it still isn't over. SOMEONE should start a new title company and put them and Fidelity out of business. It would be easyu003eu003eu003eu003e Just do your job, and you have them beat hands down.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They took care of the documents I needed notarized in just a few minutes for free. Closing on my house there tomorrow. I'm sure it will go smoothly.

Extremely slow. We have been waiting for this title company for months. Instead of moving into our new house during fall, we now have to do it during winter.
