Seems to me Pizza Man is trying again. They might have rested on their laurels for a while, but my recent take-out was outstanding. Chunky & tasty marinara on slabs of cheesy eggplant parmesan. Even salad greens were crisp—and green! Pizza was great, of course.

WASTE OF TIME.. sadly it was my last time ordering from Pizza Man. I was told my pick-up order would take 30 min. I came in 30 min later… 5 minutes after I paid I was told that they JUST STARTED making my order and it would be another 10 min.. I waited 40 MINUTES total at the restaurant. In total it took 1hr 10min, not 30min. Food is way over priced for the quality, the wait time is absurd and you have to track down employees just for service. GO TO MATANUSKA BREWING right down the street, wait time is just as long but at least you get good quality food. I paid $18 for some pasta with hard/tough cubed chicken and another $20 for a medium Margarita pizza with the thickest tomatoes thrown on top and uncooked mozerella cheese. If you’re going to make customers wait so long, the quality needs to be better.

Went to pizza man with a group for the first time yesterday. Unfortunately I really don't have anything good to say about it. The area we were seated was dirty and had flies/gnats flying around.

The pizza was falling apart and had holes in the bottom crust, though it tasted decent enough. The burgers we got were burned badly. Honestly the worst burger I've ever had. The server did not acknowledge this issue.

At the end when given the bill, an automatic 20% gratuity was added to the total, but on the final bill it just showed the total owed with small print at the bottom stating that gratuity had already been added. The bill still looked as you would expect from a normal restaurant where it asks for tip and the new total.

We won't be ordering from here again, unfortunately, after today. We ordered a chicken Ceasar salad, it came with no dressing, and the driest cubed chicken I've ever had, it was like chalk. When I first called, I forgot to ask for a side of ranch dipping sauce, so I called back, and they charged me another 2$ for a delivery fee (they only delivered once). People were rude when we called and asked why they charged 7.50 for a side of the ranch. There are many other places to eat in Eagle River. This won't be one of them.

This place used to have great food back in the day, but the last few times the quality of the food has consistently gone downhill - to the point of being non edible - The crust on the pizza tastes like burnt moldy food, like they hadn’t cleaned the pan they cooked it on in weeks. So bad my DOG wouldn’t eat it.

My wife ordered from Pizza Man this evening and after 1hr and 45 minutes she called to check the status, she was told that the delivery driver had left but couldn't provide us as to when. About 15 minutes later the driver arrived. Unfortunately the pizza was cold, and the salad was brown and wilted. Pizza Man offered a outright laughable discount. We have noticed decline in this establishment over the last couple of years and will be going elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

I placed an order at 7:15 and and didn’t receive my order until 9:35. When my pizza arrived tonight the pizza was cold. The bottom of the pizza boxes were wet and peeling from the condensation from them sitting in the bag too long. When the driver arrived he told me the kitchen was off tonight and as soon as it was ready he brought it to me. Very dissatisfied and will probably never order again. Btw the pizza was disgusting and inedible!
